Somehow in the ruins a little mer survives and finds a new life on land, meanwhile someone fueled by grief waits wanting nothing more then to draw the townies of Antonio Bay below. Now it's up to a sheriff with a cloudy past to do what he can, and hopefully stop getting bitten by those he loves.
