I’ll probably need to come over and get Izuku to show me, I seriously don’t get it.” Eijirou nodded as he sat next to a man with wild brown hair and glasses. He nodded politely and received a smile in response. He then looked over at Katsuki who was still in the sand pit but no longer by himself. It seemed all the other kids at the park had left their devices to join him. Katsuki didn’t seem too bothered by it so Eijirou let it be and continued to talk with Mina.
Their conversation shifted from homework to the latest movies out to what they should do on their next date. They had been on the phone for nearly 15 minutes when a hand waved in front of Eijirou’s face. He blinked and looked confusedly at the man next to him who was looking at him a bit dumbly.
“Sorry to interrupt, but didn’t you bring the small blonde child?"

“Right so even if that wasn’t suicide baiting a five year old, which it is by the way. I could still get you for child endangerment, sexual coercion of a minor, and gross neglect at best. You then proceeded to lie to the cops so you know there’s that as well. So you can tell us what we need to know and go to jail for forty years or we can find out on our own and you get life without parole.” He saw Tsukauchi do the universal cop hand signal, meaning that he was just negotiating and did not react. He sort of hoped she didn’t confess so that he’d have an excuse to sock her in the face.

Before he had the chance, however, he felt something hitting his shin. He looked down only to come face to face with a sweet little pouty face pushing up ruddy cheeks, fluffy blonde hair which was just beginning to cover his round ruby eyes. He’d be swooning, if this child didn’t bear a startling resemblance to Bakugou Katsuki. Not that Katsuki wasn’t precious, but he was dead. Shouta had watched him die, had comforted his students who also watched him die. So this didn’t make sense, how this child bore such a likeness. The only difference being the childish wonder swimming in those bright red eyes.
