PLEASE! Read 'Welcome To The LCA' by OkeyDokeyLoki before or after this fic. It's an absolute page turner and the inspiration for this random little nugget of a fic!
Dr. Stephen Strange has walked away from his life as a surgeon to become a volunteer caregiver with the LCA; a government sponsored organization that helps promote the safety and well-being of Littles in New York. Almost immediately, LCA caseworker Mobius M. Mobius calls Stephen in to look after Peter Parker, a regressed and traumatized Little that has no one to look after him. Stephen is expected to keep Peter in his home and watch over the Little until he ages up and can make decisions about his care. When and if that will happen...well...that remains to be seen. Complete.

Assumptions lead to people thinking they know what is best for him and how to orchestrate his life in a way that will leave him better off. Peter knows that his disability does not devalue him and wishes he had the ability to communicate that.
In other news, Iron Man will be his best friend, like it or not, and Peter is part-spider now! Sometimes you've just got to roll with the punches.

I noticed that there are autistic Peter Parker fics but they rarely feature a nonverbal Peter and if they do, it is not from his perspective.
