The Bats have always been prepared. Weapons, armor, vehicles, medicine, poisons, blood sequencing machinery... you name they have it. But lately, they've been trying to gain a foothold outside of Gotham (just in case of emergencies, you know how it is). What better city to start with than Metropolis, Gotham's sunnier sister city?
It's just one more safe-house. This one's just in Superman's city.
The safe-house Bruce chose does have a particularly... welcoming neighbor. Clark Kent.
What a strangely welcoming person. Who looks exactly like Superman… Wait a damn minute! This is Superman!

He was giggling under his mouthpiece, eyes sparkling with joy, when suddenly, a group came up to him and the Hero got surrounded by cosplayers. That were cosplaying as his friends.
That’s a bit weird to see…
Red Riot, Ground Zero, Pinky, Uravity, Froppy, Shoto… Almost all of Izuku’s graduation class looked at him.
Thank god the PR team and all these interviews made me less awkward when talking to strangers…
Izuku awkwardly stepped back and scratched his nape.

All of Erid waited to greet their saviors. The brave twenty-three Eridians that left to save their planet. Only one emerged. And… something else.
Erid has seen little of Grace and Rocky. The alien is sick. Rocky is the only one who knows how to take care of it. They have clung to each other desperately tight. And Grace is worried. Rocky has not seen Adrian more than a handful of times since they arrived six months ago. Rocky has essentially no social life. They have not left each other’s sides for nearly five years. This is, obviously, a problem.
Grace isn’t as sick. He doesn’t need Rocky to take care of him anymore. And Grace will do what he has to so that Rocky can resume living a normal life with Adrian. So what if Grace absolutely can’t be alone? So what if the thoughts are getting overwhelming? So what if Adrian kind of hates him? This is for Rocky’s sake. He’ll be okay.
But Grace has severely underestimated how much he needs Rocky. How much Rocky needs him.

After a few years on Erid, food and biodome and keeping him alive indefinitely all figured out, shockingly fast actually, Grace begins to grow impatient and anxious with waiting to find out if the Beetles have made it to Earth and if Earth is safe. Rocky has an idea.
But when you're still new to the concept of messing with Space-Time, sometimes you focus too much on the space part and forget that you're also messing with the time part too...

Adrian meets Grace several times, before Grace is healthy enough to meet them in return. Despite light-years of distance between their species, Adrian might have finally met the first other being who appreciates Rocky like they do; or so they hope.

Grace has been on Erid for quite some time now, living life to the best of his ability from within the confines of the biodome Rocky and his team erected for him. Its been perfect, aside from the fact that Grace was on borrowed time and his body was beginning to protest every movement he made. So, with Grace's health beginning to degrade beyond repair and after he made the mistake of showing Rocky the movie, Avatar, Rocky starts a secret project that has the potential to change everything.
