    Summary

After Sirius falls through the veil, Harry realizes he has a choice: die as the Chosen One or live as himself. He chooses himself.

Armed with self-taught Apparition and a photograph torn from a muggle magazine, Harry disappears to Egypt. He trades his wand for anonymity, his galleons for a flat in Cairo, and his destiny for the simple freedom of surviving one more day.

When Dumbledore sends Snape to drag him back, Harry refuses. And slowly, against all odds, he convinces Snape that they both deserve to live too.

    Summary Part 1:
Setting: The story begins during Harry’s Occlumency lessons in his fifth year. Harry makes it clear to Snape that he needs help in his fight against Voldemort, and Snape agrees to take on that responsibility. However, when Harry asks him where his resentment towards him stems from, Snape makes the mistake of telling him the truth—complicating everything between them.
Despite this, they are forced to work together over the summer holidays and beyond, gradually coming to realise that they are more than just the double agent with a dark past and the Chosen One glorified by the press. HP/TN // HP/SS (slowburn)

    Summary

Because I have a propensity for yapping. But not everyone has the patience to sit and listen.

End of fifth year. Depressed and nightmare-addled Harry. This sweet, confused, adorable, clueless boy is just trying to figure out where he lies in the world. This might get dark. Or really really fluffy. Strays so far from canon after book 5, this could be a completely different world. But also not. And some stuff before Book 5 also change for the story's sake. There will still be horcruxes, and dumb ideas, and some character deaths, and bad decisions. I'm just playing here.

This work relies heavily on Harry's capacity to love and be loved. 'Convenire' basically means to come together. I think the world (Wizarding or otherwise) would be better off if the people in it tried to come together as one with love and kindness. (As so wisely stated by U.S.A. for Africa in '85)
    Toying with Master of Death.
Playing around with sex magic, because, I mean, come on...

If you don't want to read depressive stuff (especially in the beginning) please avoid. My boy is going through it.

This work will be produced in parts.

Don't know how many parts in total.

    Summary

Harry was relieved to be back at Hogwarts for his sixth year. At least, he was until Ron got a girlfriend and Hermione lost her mind over it. Typical chaos ensues.

Severus just wants one year where he can relax. With no unbreakable vows and Voldemort taking a year to recoup after the events at the Ministry, Snape thought his peace had finally arrived. He could not have been more wrong.

    Summary

Setting: the end of sixth year.
Years of preparation—and suddenly everything happens at once. Harry Potter kneels disarmed and injured before his archenemy. There is no sign of Dumbledore’s helping hand, and his friends are captured as well. Is this the end?
Of course not. But how does one go on after realizing that one has, apparently, been lied to—astonishingly successfully—for years?
