“-moya rybka, I am sorry, sweet girl-” Ilya is saying, on his knees in the middle of their living room and patting the rug near him with what looks like devastation on his face as Anya continues to ignore him, curled up on Shane’s lap instead. Fresh off of several stacked events to fit them into a weekend–because Shane’s mom is nothing if not efficient when it comes to the deals she makes–Ilya got home only a few minutes ago, still in the outfit he’d left his Buzzfeed puppy interview in, which Anya had clearly not appreciated, sniffing him suspiciously after her initial excited greeting and then retreating to Shane immediately when he patted his thigh in welcome.
Shane is trying not to be obviously enjoying Ilya’s turmoil as much as he is, shifting Anya to lay on her back like a baby in one arm and cooing at her.
“I know, huh? Papa left and played with who knows how many other dogs, and the whole time you were here missing him. I bet he wasn’t even thinking about you, huh?”
“Hollander!” Ilya says, sounding scandalized. “Do not tell her that! Is not true!”

Summary
“Go?” Rozanov repeats, and Shane thinks he manages to nod, thinks he manages to spin some kind of excuse that he knows Rozanov doesn’t really buy, but he needs to go. He needs to get out of here. He needs to find somewhere quiet and calm where he can ride out this panic and painful tightness until he can catch his breath again. He needs-

“I’m sorry,” he says, turning heel and resisting the urge to just book it right for the front door only because he’d rather not have to explain to Hayden why he returned from a hookup with Boston Lily in men’s clothes that he certainly didn’t leave in.
It’s not until he makes it halfway up the stairs to Rozanov’s bedroom that it occurs to him in a cold rush that it isn’t just anxiety that makes it this hard to breathe.
“No,” he tells himself firmly, white knuckling the bannister and trying to take a deep breath just to prove that he can.
It wheezes.

Summary
He wants to tell Rozanov to get overhimself, shut up and fuck off. In that order. What he does say is, “I—I want to, uh…to try something.”
“Tell me,” Rozanov says, drawing back a little. His hands are back on Shane’s body and he slips his fingers under the hem of his shirt to draw his fingertips over Shane’s abs.
Shane takes a deep breath. Here goes nothing. “I want to suck you off upside down.”
Shane braces his palms on the counter top of the kitchen island Rozanov has trapped him against and hoists himself up, then spins and lies down on his back, shuffling a little until he feels the edge of the counter hit the back of his neck. He looks up at Rozanov towering over him like this, and the zing of arousal that zips through him is so strong it makes his skin tingle and heat pour through his veins, pooling between his legs.
OR; Shane sees porn that he wants to try with Rozanov.
