“I could help you,” Mike says, with somehow only the slightest tremble of uncertainty in his voice. "As in, we could have sex."or; Will is struggling. Guys who are nice, hot, AND good in bed are apparently non-existent at their university. Frustrated, he complains to Mike - who makes him an offer he can't refuse.
Unfortunately, there's always an aftermath to hooking up with your best friend.

The reaction is immediate and merciless. Dustin makes a dramatic gagging noise. El gasps like she’s been handed gossip gold. Lucas high-fives Max, shaking her hand in his.
Mike doesn’t say anything. He just watches Will, watches the way he shrugs it off, the way he laughs a little too loud, the way his ears go red.

Summary
Will ignores a timid reply from his classmate, his focus fully on this strange interloper that could be his best friend’s twin.
Evil twin, as Dustin would say, his voice low and incriminating. Ultraman type shit. Will considers relaying the situation on their upcoming weekly call to make the current situation less unsettling.
The guy is cautiously smiling back now – a reflection of Will’s unconscious expression at the thought of Dustin’s clarification – and it doesn’t falter, even once Will loses his amusement. Instead, the grin widens, almost too big for his face and definitely too big for Mike’s usual range of expression. His eyebrows rise above the rim of his lenses.

Do you think you can–” He gestures towards Will’s crotch, a blush crossing his cheeks, “--Go again?”OR: Will finds himself unable to control his new powers when he gets aroused. Every time he gets "excited," strange things happen with the power. He tries to convince himself it's a coincidence, but when he finishes, and the power goes completely out, he begins to panic.
