His brothers knew how often he trained, how hard Splinter worked him.
They watched as the eldest distanced himself gradually as the training became more and more time consuming.
Leo spent almost every waking moment in the dojo training.
tl;dr: splinter raises leo to be nothing more than his emotionless student and leo and his brothers suffer the consequences 🤩

Instead of being jokingly called "Fearless Leader", his brothers had taken to calling him "Mama" after he takes on being the Leader because of the way he always nags his brothers to about safety.
What if a simple joke makes him act more like a parental figure. Makes him not caring if his leadership was questioned.
This resulted in a different shift in the family dynamic.
