"I've already died once in a shuttle accident, and I don't care to repeat the experience," Jadzia retorted.
Torres huffed. "Of course you did. If you are so motivated, then, help me up. We've got some more investigating to do."
Jadzia and B'Elanna are stuck in a malfunctioning shuttle, and in order to survive they need to set their differences aside. (Set in an AU in which Jadzia was on Voyager when the ship was flung in the Delta Quadrant.)

Or rather, Kira’s mouth. She reached up and touched her nose to confirm what she was seeing. “Julian, I'm not entirely sure what's going on, but I'm Jadzia.”
Julian raised his eyebrows and Kira turned towards them. Confusion took over her features, followed by disbelief and then realization. She rolled her eyes. “So that's why it feels like there are seven other people in my head. There are.”

On Trill, Jadzia is in hiding from the Symbiosis Commission after the discovery of Joran and other, worse secrets. The documents she needs to expose the Symbiosis Commission are on Deep Space Nine, and she won't be making the journey alone. If Kira needs a ride back to Bajor, it only makes sense to go together. And maybe fall in love.
