Summary
After sustaining an injury that renders him unable to play volleyball anymore, Atsumu found himself addicted to ASMR videos. To be specific, IMO ASMR's videos.
Atsumu started watching his videos during the lowest points of his life, so it can't be helped that IMO's videos feel like something precious, something godsent. He thought he was content just being a regular old subscriber, but one day he hears a voice that sounds awfully familiar come from a scowling, disgruntled face.
And so everything changes.
Alternatively: Miya Atsumu slowly learns how to heal physically and emotionally from a devastating injury that upended his life while a YouTuber that helped him through his darkest hours shows up in real life as a old acquaintance who essentially hates him.

Oikawa never mentions Hajime’s sexuality again, until they move to Tokyo for college. He pesters Hajime about getting a boyfriend, and Hajime tries to put his feelings behind him and be a good best friend like Oikawa is expecting.
It’s a little hard to move on when he gets to see Oikawa being as soft as he is, though, and even harder when Oikawa acts the way he does.
Hajime is not prepared for anything that happens to him that year.
College is going to be a lot harder than he thought.
