Yuuta tenses a bit. “Just how overprotective are we talking here?”
“Maki, the captain, takes good care of Toge; she rarely lets him out of her sight most days,” the trainer explains. “The co-captain, Nobara, might be worse; she really cares about him, not to mention the rest of the teammates.”
Yuuta nods as he listens to the trainer. Surely, these teammates cannot be that overprotective of Toge. This is university after all, so he wants to be optimistic given that Toge is the first person who has managed to get his attention.
