Summary
It has been four years since Luz Noceda and Amity Blight last set foot on the Boiling Isles, and neither of them thought they would ever return. Well, the DGP has decided that it would become the stage for their next game. Luz’s return will start a chain reaction that will alter the fate of the Demon Realm once again. A cult dedicated to the worship of the Dark Empress is on the move and ready to serve their goddess, while a new Boiling Isles government grapples with the terror that the return of Oscura could bring and ready themselves to keep that from happening at all costs. After all the hardship she went through, Luz will not only have to face her past, but must also find a way to stop the cultists and prevent the Boiling Isles from going to war with itself before a new series of tragic events unfolds yet again. Fortunately, this time around, Luz will not have to endure this alone.

Summary
Are you ready for an encore? It's been 4 years since Luz Noceda, once known as the tyrannical and evil Empress Oscura, aka Kamen Rider Oscura, accepted her banishment from the Demon Realm and began to live her life again in the Human Realm, along with Amity Blight. And since then, the two, along with Vee and Camilla, have managed to create a happy home with all four of them.
However, Luz still can't escape the demons of her past, and soon, she will have to confront them. A mysterious woman named "Tsumuri" comes bearing an offer. An offer to fight in a tournament that will decide the fate of the world, but with a prize of granting the winner whatever they desire.
Luz, armed with the Desire Driver, will become a Kamen Rider once again to fix the mistakes of her past. But can she do it? For battling Jyamatos and her fellow Riders isn't all she will be fighting, but herself as well.
Will she overcome this challenge?
Or will she fall to the darkness once again?
