Summary
For the first time since becoming Venom, Eddie Brock’s life was normal again. Or rather, as normal as you could get with a parasite living rent free in your body and mind. Though credit where credit was due, Eddie was going to try his best to keep on living the way he always had - give or take a couple bad-guy shaped snack breaks. How hard could it be to teach the Symbiote all the important parts of being human?
Takes place after Venom 3 following the fan-theory that Venom managed to survive and eventually finds his way back to Eddie. Pulls random details from the comics/my own headcanons.

When Tadashi sees him again, he feels the air rush out of his lungs, pushed out by the overwhelming feeling residing in his chest.
“I’ve finally caught up to you, Tadashi,” Ainosuke teases, looking pleased. Tadashi barely musters a response, too consumed by the horrible sinking realisation of what he feels, of what he is. The knowledge feels crushing in a way he can’t explain. Tadashi buries it as deep as it will go and hopes he’ll never have to.

“Before we move on the pair’s auditions, are there any last-minute sign-ups for the single’s?” Darbus’s voice calls, and the tiny flame inside Gabriella’s heart suddenly flickers to life.
She hears Sharpay’s breath hitch beside her and she gulps as she looks to her left to catch the diva’s glare. Gabriella has become accustomed to her glare over past two days, and she recognizes that the look in Sharpay’s eyes is now quite different than before.
It’s not disdain or fury – it’s a warning. It’s telling her not to dare.
Somehow, it only spurs Gabriella on. She has come here with a desire to be true to herself, not to be pushed into a box, and she’s not going to let Sharpay or anyone else limit her. She’s not going to let her life be led by fear any longer.
So, she stands up. “I’d like to audition, Ms. Darbus.”
When Gabriella auditions for Twinkle Towne, she catches the attention of a certain pink blonde.
