Summary
Anyone who met Takemichi Hanagaki could see at first glance that the kid was weird. A bit of a freak even. But both Mikey’s enemies and his friends just couldn’t understand why Mikey put up with Takemichi’s oddities or why Takemichi put up with Mikey’s bullshit.
At first, upon seeing Takemichi interact with his… friend/boyfriend/one-true-love (whatever) one might assume that Takemichi was an unwilling hostage, drawn in by the glitz and glamour that is Mikey and unable to untangle Mikey’s obsession. A ditzy little boy playing dress up that got caught in and over his head in all this delinquent business.
It wasn’t until one started to pay attention, that one realised just how much Takemichi matched Mikey’s freak.

The spotlight burned brighter than ever, cutting through the hazy cloud of cigarette smoke that hung over the Kit Kat Club.
The Emcee stood center stage, painted lips curled in a devilish grin, arms thrown open wide to embrace the reveling crowd. “Willkommen, bienvenue, welcome!” he crooned. His movements practiced, precise, and effortless. He was of course a master of his craft, no one who looked upon his act could deny that, no matter how queer his displays became. Tha patrons of the Kit Kat Club couldn't complain at the sinful nature of the club, even if he may have made a few of the more rigid ones uncomfortable with how he palmed the boys on call the same he did the girls. For one didn't enter the Kit Kat Club hoping to fuck a virgin after all.
No. One entered the Kit Kat Club to distract themselves from the fact that they couldn't find a good fuck anywhere else.
That's what the club was there for after all. And in like, that was the Master of Ceremonies' job: to be the most enticing distraction.
And he was good at it too.

You didn't adventure but you always kinda wanted to, so when you were finally 18 you took a gap year from your studies and took up some low-level jobs with the local guild. Suddenly what was a job to collect these rare plants lead you and your party to a cave that had an angry warlock who thought you were trying to steal his shit.
You got in the way of a spell and knew nothing more.
You came to around the age of 5, only remembering bits of pieces of the years before that. All of a sudden, your vision was a bit clearer both literally and figuratively. Fucking Reincarnation!
You 're next two years were spent dissociated and in survival mode as you adjusted, because your family situation was terrible and you already had mental issues. Goddammit. The ptsd wasn't even from your past life! It was from this dickbag of a sperm donor and the bitch you live with!
You spent as much time as possible out of the house. What were you supposed to do? In your past life, if something similar happened to a kid the locals would deal with it, but all your neighbours were turning the blindest eye. It was disgusting. You had nothing. You had nobody and you didn't know what to do about it.

Summary
A rewrite of Avatar; The Last Airbender.
Banished and burned, Prince Zuko of the Fire Nation is told the only way to return to his home, to restore his honour, was to find the Avatar.
Three years later, Zuko was training when he discovers something which shakes him to his core. That the Avatar was closer then he thought.
With this discovery what he must do as the Fire Nation Prince conflicts with his duty as the Avatar. It is said that blood runs thicker then water, but with his eyes closed he can't tell the difference.

This is a rewrite where Zuko is the Avatar, Aang still survives the genocide by running away and getting stuck in an iceberg, everything happens chronologically to the show (episodes are still in line with the show, no jumbling them around) and how things are different (somewhat)- Words:
