Summary
It's been over five years since Voldemort's defeat when Harry Potter gets pushed through a portal and falls into the Great Hall of Hogwarts. This wouldn't be a problem, exactly, except it's his parents' Hogwarts instead of his own. Thankfully, Hermione and Ron aren't about to let him face this newest form of trouble by himself. Even more fortunately, Hermione says they're in a different dimension entirely.

The day after the Battle of Hogwarts, things get bad around Harry again. The acting imperiused Minister died, former edicts still stand. Harry gets put through a trial for his deeds during the time he was public enemy No. 1 and is allowed to choose his fate.
Thoroughly fed up with the Wizarding World and having read in the Black Library that the Veil doesn’t actually lead to death, but to a judgement of Lady Magic, he chooses to go through with Option Three and - after some preparation - follow Sirius through the veil on the two-year anniversary of that occurrance.
Hermione is NOT. WILLING. to let him leave all by himself and networks hard to allow a bunch of other people who want or need to leave Wizarding Britain to join him hidden in Harry’s approved take-on luggage.Middle Earth is never going to be the same again.

Summary

Summary
It is the early summer of 1991 and a simple visit to Bristol Zoo by Harry Potter, an underage wizard as yet unaware of his powers, coincides with the visit of a river god as yet unaware of his divinity. During the visit a snake gets released. The result is a serpentine interweaving of muggle and magical strands as the various characters and authorities react to the disappearance.

Awesome integration of the HP world in June 1991 and Rivers-of-London, 20 years before Peter Grant finishes Constable training and gets placed with the Folly.
Harry accidentally releases a snake. A River God, who doesn’t know he is one, sets it on its way to Brazil. And Detective Constable Alex Seawoll gets a first whiff of the Weird Bollocks.
