It started with an anonymous prompt on the Big Bang Theory Kink Meme, that ran thusly: Leonard loves Sheldon, who loves his job. Raj loves Howard, who loves Bernadette. Take it from there :-D
concupiscence66 picked up the prompt and ran with it with her usual aplomb, resulting in the fic Comfort Levels. Somewhere along the line, Lauren revealed that she was the original prompter. Then when Concupid finished Comfort Levels, Lauren felt like there were just a couple of unresolved issues, and before she knew it she was writing a sequel. That's how her first foray into TBBT fic turned out to be an explicit threesome. Hi, new fandom!
