    Meet Mitsuri Kanroji: online university student, assistant to the assistant librarian, aspiring novelist, socially awkward weirdo and hopeless romantic – if only she could make the details of her life line up a little more closely with the stuff in all her unfinished manuscripts.

    Given the awkward weirdo part, of course, it’s possible some things aren’t in the cards for her, but at least she has the new friends from her writers’ support group as inspiration, even if they’re way cooler and more serious about their craft than she is.

    It’s especially nice of a rising literary star like Iguro to be so selflessly supportive of her silly projects.

    (In which Mitsuri realizes she is, in fact, the heroine of her own love story; maybe she can arrange a few other love stories and avoid killing those creeps she has to share the town library with, while she’s at it.)

    I fucking love this. So many great use of canon references, very cool moments and a tasty slow burn, it's just sooo great! Definitely recommend it.
