“Child sexual assault victims don’t speak up,” Spencer says, “Not nearly as often as an adult might. So many of these kids don’t have a concept of what’s appropriate, and if they did question it, it’s almost guaranteed to be from someone older, either an older child or an adult they’re told to respect. It wouldn’t get anywhere. If they were teenagers, maybe, but most of these kids are four through ten. We can’t expect them to talk about it. Most of them can’t even conceptualize it.”
It feels like a very quiet whisper in a very quiet room: it was me, it says, but Spencer won’t admit to it.
This is what it takes for a victim to speak up.

Summary
Sirius had always liked younger children a little too much. Keeping those urges a secret while in school a secret had been easy. Sure, others had thought it a little strange that a fifth year was dating a second year, but he never went more than three years younger and made sure to obliviate the firsties he would fondle in the broom closets. He also had a few relationships with those in his year or older. He kept his secret even from his best friends, and one day he became a godfather to a cherubic baby with beautiful green eyes.
Sirius was never going to touch Harry. He loved James too much to do so. However, James and Lily died in a car accident while on a date on the muggle side before Harry turn two, and Sirius was faced with temptations. He used other children - mostly Harry's friends or muggle kids from playgrounds - however, the temptation never waned.
And when Harry started getting close to going to Hogwarts, he found he could no longer hold back so he searched through the cursed objects his ancestors had made to find the perfect item. He slowly works on coercing his best friend to join him as well.

Harry knows better than to Floo into the Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes backroom without an invite. He knows better than to Floo into the twins’ flat unannounced, too.
What Harry didn’t count on is the dangers of Flooing into his own office. It should be safe– it’s Harry’s sanctuary from the loud bustle of Wheezes, charmed to keep all the noise from the shop out. The office isn’t overly organised, nor is it particularly messy. It’s nice. Quiet. Calm.
What’s happening on the desk in front of him is not quiet or calm. Nice, on the other hand…
Sometimes, as Harry finds out, you Floo into your office to file some paperwork and end up between the Weasley twins instead.
