Summary
The Golden Trio fell apart after the Battle of Hogwarts, something that Hermione knew was coming. She felt it in her bones that as soon as this war was over, so were they. And as usual, she was right. Only this time she didn't fix it. She didn't want to. She had given everything, and she was done. She was content with her quiet life in the Muggle world, where she wasn't expected to do ridiculous things to keep everyone alive. She was perfectly fine leaving everything wizard and witch related behind her. Until she came home one day to find Draco Malfoy waiting for her on her front step.

Summary
It was a mandatory eighth year. Hermione knew that she couldn't get out of it. Didn't mean she was happy about attending. She had other things to do, more important matters at hand than going back to the one place, the singular place they were all supposed to be safe, that failed them all. She didn't know how she was going to do it, but she knew that if anyone could find a way, it was her. They don't call her the brightest witch of her age for no reason. She didn't exactly expect to be adopted by the snakes though.

Stiles doesn't talk much anymore. He stopped when he realized that nobody looked at him the same. Whether they wanted to admit it or not, they all blamed him. For everything that happened. They couldn't separate the Nogitsune from him. After a while it seemed like he just...didn't exist anymore. Except he was never alone.

Stiles stopped talking. Stopped showing up at school. Stopped being seen around town. But nobody came looking for him. All of his so called "friends" left what ever was happening alone. They thought it was for the better. What they didn't know is that there was one curveball that they really should've seen coming.

When Castiel shows up out of nowhere with another angel telling Dean that he has to torture the man that tortured him, of course his immediate answer was no. How could they expect him to stand in the same room with the Demon that made him wear his own insides? But in the end, he does it. But only because Castiel promises that no harm with come to Dean.
OR
Castiel convinces Dean to torture answers out of Alastair, promising that it's safe for Dean. But just like always in the Winchester's life, something goes wrong.
