An angsty mostly canon compliant fic following House and Wilson through the years. Basically just House MD but if the writers made them a couple and added a few things, or removed others. It will probably have a happy ending, but we'll see lol.

Summary
When Regulus is invited back to his hometown to spend Christmas with his previously estranged brother, he thinks that things honestly can't be that bad. He and Sirius are finally okay again, Pandora has moved back to town, and he has the opportunity to speak to lost friends once again. He's ready for a peaceful Christmas season.
Things take a turn when his brother's best friend James Potter, the boy who Regulus has been in love with since he was twelve, shows up with his five year old son. It seems that James has been recently divorced, and is still willing to spend quite a bit of his time talking to Regulus, no matter how much his attitude discourages it. Some things never change right?
Will Regulus be able to survive this holiday season with his unrequited feelings for James, or will, by some miracle, James finally love him back?

Summary
Regulus takes his usual trip to his family's summer house, except this time, he's all alone with only his father for company. Thankfully, a new family has moved in nearby, the Potter's. Regulus befriends their son James, and they spend the summer laughing with each other in the sun. Little does Regulus know this action has consequences and will change the course of his life forever.
Or, Regulus and James become childhood friends, and go through the ups and downs of their lives, all with the knowledge that at one point they cared for each other more than either one wants to admit.

Summary
Park Seonghwa had been a prisoner at sea for the past two years ever since he was snatched off the streets. When a battle with a rival pirate crew leads to his capture, he is merely moved from one prison to another. He doesn't realize it at first, but this new prison is different. Against everything he knows, he slowly finds himself warming up to the crew members he had sworn to hate.
Park Seonghwa promised himself he would never feel again. Emotions only got people killed.
Captain Kim Hongjoong had never felt an ounce of remorse for anyone outside of his crew. If they weren't with him, they were against him. But when they bring a prisoner on board for information, Hongjoong watches as his crew members warm up to him despite their orders not to engage. As their attachment grows, Hongjoong's hate for the prisoner swells.
Kim Hongjoong promised himself he would protect his crew. Emotions only got people killed.

Draco shifts his head as he turns to look at Scorpius, his cheek touching the pillow. "Did you know that…" He pauses, his throat convulsing, and it sounds audible in the silence, besides Michael's steady, even breathing from the other bedroom.
Scorpius is staring back at him, in wait of something new to learn, a beautiful and intelligent child. He has Draco's mind. He has Draco's eyes and nose and mouth and hair. He is his. All his. All he has of Michael are his wild curls and the green of his eyes, and sometimes he looks into them and imagines that they aren't Michael's, but someone else's.
Draco leans his head closer, biting the quiver out of his lips before he breathes a laden and shuddering exhale, and he whispers, "You are my star in a big black sky."

James cut him off, a yell of excitement slipping from his lips as he pulled him into a hug so tight he felt Remus begin to squirm in his hold. “I would love to, Remus!” he beamed, wiping a few tears from his face. “You won’t regret this, either of you.”
“Well, you might,” Sirius grimaced, chuckling. “You’ll have to spend a lot of time with Regulus. And he may not be in my parents’ pocket anymore but he can still be a right prat.”
“Eh, it’ll be fine,” James reassured him, not worried at all, clapping him on the back. “How bad can it be?”
