The RK800 prototype, Connor, has been dispatched to assist Lieutenant Hank Anderson investigate the deviant problem — whether he likes it or not.
"Androids have become sentient, intelligent - self aware," is a growing sentiment among many, including Amelia Green. To her, Connor is a dangerous fascination, an Android developed to hunt deviants; there's a sense of ironic tragedy about him, viewed as a traitor by fellow Androids, and nothing but a useful tool to those who created him.
