Stan frowned. “What were you gonna say? Because if it was somethin’ you did, then I’m not sure I’d remember-”
“When I came through the portal,” Ford interrupted. “And you saw me for the first time again.”
Stan went still.

Jesse comes to Walter for "his" half of the money, and Walter is torn - especially when Jesse breaks down sobbing on top of him. Jesse hadn't earned that money, no matter how many times he insisted that they were 50/50.
Through a series of poor decisions, Walt ends up trying to make him earn it in a different way.i.e. Walt comforts Jesse, then hurts him. Jesse's sick of hot and cold.

Summary
Either way, that was not the purpose of the experiment. At least, not the main purpose of the experiment... Dosing Dipper with fairy dust had a legitimate purpose! He was testing his tolerance!
If it also gave Ford the opportunity to study the effects of the drug on Dipper’s unconscious body, that was simply… a happy coincidence. A side quest that he could easily complete on his way to the main quest.

It is true that Ingo returned from his time in ancient Sinnoh in one piece, and though his memory is a lot better than it was, it seems there are still things he has yet to remember. Like exactly how close the two were. Not wanting to take advantage of his brother, Emmet has been silent on the topic, waiting with a patience he didn't know he was capable of so as to not make Ingo uncomfortable in any way.
He does really, really miss being close to Ingo though. And his dick.
