Summary
Luke is home from Oxford for the summer. All is quiet on Bannerman Road, at least for the moment. But then the Trickster returns with a new scheme - this one involving his Daughter, a stranger with the size and shape of a child, but the Trickster's face and powers.
Sarah Jane, Luke, Clyde, and Rani don't know what he's up to this time, but they know they'll have to figure it out and defeat the Trickster's Daughter before it's too late.
But why does this feel... wrong? What is it that Sarah Jane feels like she's missing?
(Began writing this in 2019 as a gift for my sister. As far as I remember, it hasn't been affected by any DW developments since. It HAS been affected throughout by my love for SJA and all its characters.)

Summary
G'day. I'm Pet.
...Well, not really. Not in this timeline.
See, I was trying to repair something the old king did to reality (flamin' inconsiderate, but what else is new) and I had to reach back in time to do it. Only I seem to have altered a bit more than I expected, given that now I'm finding myself catching up with my parents over coffee.
Good news: the king died ages ago, the whole world seems better off for it, my mum and dad are alive, Zero's even friends with them, and did I mention my mum and dad are alive?
Bad news: in this timeline I died when I was thirteen (though not murder, at least), JinYeong's never met me, Zero's suspicious of me, and, well... don't get me started on Athelas.

Summary
So. Sometimes, bad things happen. Like mind control, and people seizing control of your emotions, and you having to claw your way through that with whatever help your family can give.
And sometimes your subconscious makes a decision afterward about exactly what you need to deal with All That.
Dreams are strange and double-sided things, when you have a mind like Pet's.
(Takes place post-series: spoilers for the end of City Between! Companion to the first fic in this series, but can be read in either order.)

Summary
So I got kidnapped.
Flaming embarrassing, really, and we won’t get into the hows and whys. The important thing is, I got herded onto a ship about to leave Hobart docks, and ended up locked in a cabin in the middle of the ocean; an iron cabin, and more importantly, one that was flaming well wiped of Between.
I turned on my side in the cot they’d given me, still staring into the dark. “Can’t even dream,” I muttered at it. “I’d be lucky to even get a proper nightmare…”
And then I shut my mouth, because I’d had a thought, and it felt too important to let out into the air.
Alternate POV of "Pet Names" - can be read in either order. Extensive spoilers for City Between! Some spoilers for Worlds Behind as well.

Summary
JinYeong, still relatively fresh from being turned, finds an unfamiliar blue-blood in the house while Hyeong is out. He looks like easy prey.
This judgment leads to stabbings, threats, poorly-made tea, and a ruined shirt. None of which can be blamed on a certain steward, of course, except perhaps for the tea.
(Pre-canon, no real spoilers for the series.)

Summary
It all started when I was at the supermarket to pick up some emergency steak, and walked past a display of school supplies. Those weren’t something I spent much time thinking about, given I hadn’t even been homeschooled for the past four years, but my eye was caught by a pack of shiny, star-shaped stickers. And I got an idea.
A silly idea, you might say. Well, maybe. But it made me grin, and pets need enrichment, don’t they? And even psychos need some positive reinforcement.
So I dropped the sticker pack in with the groceries, checked out, and trotted back home with a sheet of shiny gold stars in my pocket.

Pet has a nightmare. Relatedly, Athelas is here.
Turns out that it's a good thing, in a complicated way, that neither of them are quite who they were five years ago.

One time Pet and Athelas talked about photographs, and three times that discussion was revisited.
PLUS: now includes an outtake from Athelas' POV.
(Extends to post-series, so definite spoilers for the endings of both City Between and Worlds Behind - slightly less explicit spoilers than my other CB fic, but still there. Read at your own risk.)

Summary
In a world of small islands and chaotic seas, separated by all kinds of barriers, just having soulmates is no guarantee you're going to find them. Most people never do fulfill their soulmarks, in fact. Pirates have better odds, but even for them it's astronomically unlikely that they'll find all their soulmates in their lifetime.
Statistically speaking.
Monkey D. Luffy, in this as in many other areas, is an outlier and will not be counted. It's going to take more than little things like "probability" and "the vastness of the world" to keep him from his people, after all!

Summary
In a world where everyone is born with soulmarks but few people actually find their complementary souls, Luffy is bound and determined that he'll find all of the people whose marks circle his wrist. He's going to be a pirate, after all! Pirates go everywhere and have the best chances of finding their soulmates.
If only Shanks would agree to let him sail with his pirate crew, Luffy could get started right away on finding his important people.

Summary
“So.” Zoro’s voice was just a bit more casual than it needed to be. “Done wandering off, cook?”
With the crew finally reconvening in Amigasa in the days before the Fire Festival, Sanji and Zoro have... a lot to catch up on. Somehow, not entirely on purpose, they even manage something weirdly close to an actual conversation.
(It does not go in any of the ways Sanji would have predicted, but that might actually be a good thing.)

Summary
After a video call with the kids brings up Globnar, Stan would like to know what on earth (or off it) Ford could have used a Time Wish for without actually solving any of the problems Stan already knows about.
Ford would really like to not talk about it.
The conversation doesn't really go the way either of them expected (mostly for the better, though).

Summary
It's 1982 and Ford Pines, at rock bottom, is trying to get a message to his brother any way he can. Including asking the magic mailbox in the woods for Stan's information.
Unfortunately, the mailbox is not giving the answers he wanted.
What is the quickest way to communicate with Stanley Pines?
The Mailbox shook again. He pulled the door open, then the envelope.
Then he stared at it, brain even foggier than it had been five seconds ago.
A seance, it said.

Summary
When Amy and Rory find themselves trapped in New York, they build new lives. Rory stays in medicine, of course, even if being a male nurse is a little more unusual in this period. Amy writes—fantasy stories, about little lost girls and brave boys and strange wizards with funny blue houses. After World War II they adopt a little war-orphan baby named Anthony. He, more than anything, anchors them. Life goes on. They settle, like the foundations of a house.
Until one day in the ‘60s when Amy bursts into the house, grabs Rory, and says “She’s going to be HERE.”
“What?” says Rory.
“1969. The Moon.” Amy waves a copy of a magazine with headlines about the space program at him. “MELODY.”

Summary
In a reality where kindred spirits are real and can be tangibly marked out for each other, Anne's still pretty happy with her two best friends. They may not have the marks, but they have the bonds! None of them have ever had any curiosity what "real soulmates" are like.
So it's an adjustment, to say the least, when Anne lands in Amphibia and finds out her other half was apparently waiting in another universe all along. She and Sprig will just have to figure it out as they go along - but that's fine, they got this. Spranne against the world!

Summary
The town watch here would really just like the festival night to pass without any major incidents. To that end, two young men getting into a brawl with the magistrate's son is a BAD thing.
Fortunately for everyone, the two young cousins have a father/uncle to come bail them out.
