I'm a yogurt person, a crazy one, really. I've made my own for going on two decades, now nondairy rather than cow juice. So crazy, I'm starting a business. A few years back, when I was in charge of a restaurant kitchen and we used housemade (flavored) yogurt on our menu frequently, I wrote a guide for one of the owners (R.I.P., Sarah). I had too much fun with it, as I usually do when I write anything intended to be informative.
