Aside the fact that doing so had let Dust flood the entire floor of the castle via the sprinkler system once, and he did not want a repeat of it (nor a fire that would be inevitable at one point or another), he also had an unspoken thing about food that he didn’t personally oversee the making of.

    Or, how everyone in the castle comes to help Horror in taking care of them. With food, of course.
