Summary
Eight weeks have passed since the tourney at Ashford, eight weeks since Aerion lost his virginity to Ser Duncan. Though he tried to forget him, Aerion finds himself consumed by memories of the strong alpha who shared his heat with him and changed his life forever. When his father insists that Aerion choose a mate, or the decision will be made for him, he comes up with a plan that may be more foolish than clever. Aerion had struggled to reason coming to see his Uncle, choosing to act rather than think, but as he felt his slick pool in his small clothes he felt he understood. He had always wanted to become a true dragon, and when he had presented as an Omega his anger had only grown. He had been robbed of a dragon, and then he was robbed of his agency. Yet, even as a young boy he knew there was still one dragon left in the family, the greatest Alpha in his family, his Uncle. The hand on his chin and the mark on his cheek felt like dragon flame.
