Summary
Izuku’s relationship with the quirk registration office was… complicated.
Unable to register one for a year too long, receiving a strike on his record from trying to “falsify quirk information” when he got desperate (it’s not false if it’s true!), getting it wrong anyway and needing a specialist who could identify quirks to approve an update, delaying the second update at the behest of his mother, and choosing not to register the third.
Izuku’s relationship with his quirk itself was also complicated. This won’t stop the fact that he wants to be a hero with his quirk, even if the way there is a little less linear than he hopes.
Or
Inko can move things, Hisashi can learn things, and Izuku can heal things. This makes perfect sense.

Summary

Summary
Izuku never expected when he jumped off that building, he'd land into the lap of something far more dangerous than literal death. Izuku never expected to find comfort in a creature that views life as so pointless and exhausting. Izuku never imagined how he'd changed from just talking to a being but then again, he's just died. So who's to say he can't be reborn?
Quirk: Accelerated Cell Growth
Allows the user to naturally grow cells on any part of their body. Additionally, these cells can be transformed and shifted to adapt to other creatures biology such as humans or animals. An unfortunate side affect of doing so is that the more the other creature consumes, the more their mental faculties will decrease and will eventually become addicted to the effects of the quirk.

Summary
Set in the summer before Harry's sixth year, Harry is still very shaken up from the death of Sirius. He goes to stay with Remus where he quickly learns that he is even more distraught than Harry. His saddness turns to anger, which quickly turns to violence. His lycanthropy makes things even more dangerous, and Harry needs to get out before he get hurt. Snape finds out what has been going on and takes Harry in for the time being. "You're staying here because your much safer here than there. Don't mistake nessecity for chairity." Over time however, they grow closer and start to form a real bond. While both have their inner demons they must battle, they learn that they don't have to do it alone - and that there will always be light at the end of the tunnel.

As Harry is plagued by the many consequences of Voldemort’s return, Severus attempts to suffer through the burden of arming the boy’s mind against his original master, all while continuing his subterfuge at the Dark Lord’s feet.
When a connection of consciousness is wound between them, and certain truths about Harry are revealed, they have no choice but to bend to the consequences, and hope they emerge on the other side better for it.

Mr. Aizawa glares at him, tugging him along, like he doesn’t believe him. “Stop being sorry and just follow the rules.”
Izuku isn’t going to juvie. They said he’s different – doesn’t matter that he’s killed someone, the police is worried about a quirkless child being around other ‘troubled’ kids.
Now this Mr. Aizawa is stuck with him until his trial, and Izuku’s completely, a hundred percent certain that the man absolutely hates him.
Unbeknownst to them, someone is watching from the shadows...

It had been four months since Gary Smith had gotten expelled from Bullworth. Four months since he fell through the roof and his grand plan blew up in his face, and it had been four months of Pete finally getting a breath of fresh air.
Eventually, the monotonous schedule of waking up, going to classes, then sitting and watching television grew tiring. He couldn’t help but think back to Gary— how he’d antagonize him when he got mouthy and threatened to stop talking to him, how he’d poke and flick him when he sat down in front of the television, and how he’d lay half-awake some nights watching as Gary paced around their bedroom, muttering to himself far too loudly considering the hour.
He found himself missing that grating presence. So, he took it upon himself to do a bit of research.

Harry Potter had no one left in the world who cared, save his grandfather. But he too only saw a man that was buried beneath the soil of the earth, not Harry himself. Sirius only saw James in him - a wish that maybe Harry was a complete replica of him. He's got the looks, fame, everything a kid at Hogwarts would want to be. But his ego? His self esteem? His, oh, so crumbling mental health? Nothing even close.
And with the Dursleys digging him further into the hole he's buried himself in, how could he believe there was anything left for him to live for? Anything worth?
With the thought that's been tormenting him all summer finally catching up to him, he begins to really think about it. If he disappeared, would anyone care?
Paired with tormenting nightmares of guilt prickling scenes; Harry decided he didn't care anymore. Screw the boy who lived and screw the ministry. The boy who didn't-want-to-fucking-live fled the Dursleys after a particularly harsh beating to hide out the rest of summer in Diagon Alley and pray to Merlin nobody would seek for him.
But when a furious Severus Snape comes knocking at his door- Harry knew fate would never give him an ounce of rest.
