Except, when his brother returns with the police officer, eyes blazing in a way that almost makes Hitoshi wish to spend the night in his cell, he thinks that Dabi may not have gotten the memo.
Or: Hitoshi is pseudo-adopted by Dabi as his little brother, but really, that’s just on paper.

Pepper PottsNow, this was great for Peter Parker. More than great! It meant that Peter would have something to put on his college applications, and potentially a letter of recommendation, and it meant he would have an actual challenge for once in his life.
This development, however, was not great for Spider-man. Spider-man was being hunted down by the Avengers, which Mr. Stark happened to be a part of. And Peter Parker happened to be Spider-man.
OR: Peter Parker is interining at Stark industries. The spider that bit Peter had a few more effects than it does in canon, including but not limited to: fangs, way worse instincts, and an annoyingly sentient spidey sense
