The first thing the Traveller had noticed was that her eyes were covered by a delicate sash. The second thing they noticed was that she was wearing the most beautifully intricate sari the Traveller had ever seen outside of a sari shop display mannequin, and she wore it like the artisan had fallen in love with her created the design especially for her. Interestingly, the drape of the sari was quite unconventional, but it thus allowed her more free movement, while still looking undeniably graceful. Her heavy golden ornaments with their encrusted deep red rubies twinkled in the early afternoon sun, and everything, from her dress to her jewellery to the way she carried herself, screamed royalty.

It starts with waking up in a world you don’t recognise, in a world you have no place in.
Or maybe it starts with the man who walks into the grocery store, the one with the mean mean smirk and red hot palms.
Or maybe it starts with the fog following your steps, pooling in your apartment until you can see nothing but the thick white mist.
Or maybe it starts with the creature in the dark.
Wherever this story starts, it ends with you standing in front of the Magnus Institute. Or- no- it’s only now that there is no going back.

He's some form of omniscient, that's for sure. Maybe like a maid working in a Victorian household, always on top of the gossip. Whether that be creating the gossip himself, or simply being the agent who spreads it, that depended on the time of day.
But he can't know everything, all the time. Because that would be too much.
Which means there are loopholes.
It's quite easy after that.

Summary
Izuku shivers under him, eyes fixed on Hitoshi, all but looking up at Hitoshi like he’s looking up at some impossible mythical being instead of a plain old human. It’s intoxicating, having this sort of attention from Izuku, like Hitoshi is something so beautiful that Izuku can’t take his eyes off of him. Their classmates like to joke that you’re not really a member of class 1-A until you’ve had your quirk analyzed by Midoriya, and Shinsou had never felt that more viscerally until he’d had a taste of Izuku’s attention himself the first time. Until it had been him, under the gaze of Izuku’s quirk, made powerful by Izuku’s words as the boy couldn’t stop gushing about his quirk.

Hitoshi's not even listening at this point. The whole day has been like a bad case of deja vu, except worse, because he actually did live this yesterday. They've done the same work in class, Hitoshi has caught snippets of conversations that he caught snippets of yesterday, word for word. Bakugou does the same thing he did yesterday, where he knocks Midoriya's lunch out of his hand just as the green-haired boy tries to scamper out of the classroom to avoid the very thing from happening.
And now their teacher is ignoring the mess he’s made by mentioning that the quirkless kid and the kid with the villainous quirk want to join U.A.
It's- is he really stuck in a time loop? Is that what this is?

What's the point in 100%, if it doesn't matter anyways? If the world insists on going round, no matter what happens?
But you know what's much more fun?
When people are given chances, they do something about them. You can never tell, when it comes to people.
It’s fascinating to watch, how one small choice can bring a change so large.

It may be biased to say this, since he hasn't heard a lot of soul songs in his life without a quirk like Izuku's, but he's sure that Izuku's song is the most beautiful he'll ever hear.

"I never meant to lie to you. I never meant to lie to anybody. But- no one gives the time of day to a quirkless nobody and I- I didn't want to be that anymore."
Shinsou's voice is a hushed and broken whisper, "I would. I would have given you the time of day."
There are tears in both their eyes, "I know. But- I-"
And it hurts, it hurts because- "You never told me. You lied to me."
"I'm sorry." Izuku whispers.
Shinsou gets up and leaves the room.

Shinsou looks up at the monstrosity of a 0-pointer as a stab of panic cuts through him.
"We have to stop that thing."
He says this quietly to himself, as a thought said out-loud by accident rather than, say, a command. It doesn't matter though, because Shinsou is too late to realise that the boy, the boy under his quirk, heard him when he wasn't supposed to, and took it as an order anyways.
Shinsou stumbles forward as the boy leaps past him and into the air, and Shinsou can only watch in fascinated horror as the boy flies higher and higher and subsequently punches the robot head on. And then, if that wasn't enough, the robot crumples inwards and then back, no longer a danger to the girl, but the boy is falling down, down, down...
