Katie never stopped smiling. It wasn't a fake smile either.

She has a shitty neighbor, a moldy house, and a malicious landlord, who also seems to be inlove with her neighbor?
She tries to make do with what she has, andthe town that anyone else would expect to hate her guts may finally begin to love her back.
