Summary
Castiel's brother and roommate, Gabriel, has an unfortunate habit of throwing parties that wind up breaking things in their house. Fed up after this latest instance, Castiel tells him to deal with it himself, because he's done bailing Gabriel out. Gabriel actually comes through, finding and hiring a handyman to come fix the damage, but there's one catch: he can't be home to let the handyman in, so that task must fall to Castiel.
Castiel agrees, but oh, is he woefully unprepared for the sex on legs that shows up.

Summary
Castiel’s relationship with his boyfriend wasn’t a good one. He wasn’t happy, but it wasn’t miserable until that fated Sunday when the FBI showed up to seize the house and all their assets. They took everything, even Castiel’s car. Balthazar was publicly arrested for creating a Ponzi scheme, leaving Castiel humiliated and homeless. Once the smoke cleared, the only thing he had was a stupid RV park in Florida. It seemed Balthazar had signed Castiel’s name on the deed in his need to hide money. FINE, he’d go there, arrange for it to be sold, and use the money to find a small house near the nursing home where he worked.
Dean didn’t need much. He lived in an RV and had a great job as a PE teacher in the local school. Between working with the kids, he wrote novels, and managed the RV Park. He wasn’t the next Stephen King, but he made a decent living. The RV park wasn’t particularly nice and mostly empty of campers except for a couple of retirees. He wished the owner would put some money into it, but he could never reach the guy by phone. The only thing going for the dilapidated park was the picturesque lake.
Would their rocky first meeting turn into friendship or more, or were they destined to be enemies?
