Summary
The Avatar is the keeper of peace and the wielder of all four bending arts. He's supposed to be all powerful and all knowing, but Jack just isn't ready to be the Avatar. With his home destroyed by the Fire Nation and his new home in the Northern Water Tribe, Jack can't think of anything worse than having to learn how to bend fire in order to bring down the Fire Lord. Unfortunately, life has different plans for him and he gets outed as the Avatar when the Fire Nation attacks. He has to go on the run, but luckily, he meets a metal bender, who teaches him that sometimes it’s okay to have fears as long as you embrace them head on.
