For Plan C he considers having an open conversation with a responsible guardian, but then he remembers Porchay only has an irresponsible guardian and dismisses that idea too. Then reconsiders that idea because if there’s someone who can convince Porchay to not put his dick on the internet where anyone could just stumble upon it, that person is probably Porsche. So Plan D commences.
He goes about telling Porsche in the most reasonable way he can think of, meaning he convinces Arm to set up a web crawler for each family member to “tighten security”, then waits in a ceiling vent so he can listen in when Arm calls in Porsche to discuss his findings.
Kim reads some self-help books, plays a farming sim, bonds with brother’s boyfriend, and learns to use his words. Chay is just working on himself (and his amateur porn).

“Kim.” Chay keeps repeating, and hearing his name from those lips still makes something flutter in his chest, even after all these months. “Are you saying we could have been getting a good night’s sleep for like a week now and you didn’t tell me?”
He shrugs again. Chay keeps emphasizing words accusatorily, like approaching him and saying, hey I think we’ve been cursed so that we can’t sleep unless we’re near each other please let me curl up next to you in bed, wouldn’t be batshit crazy.
Kim can't sleep. Chay can't sleep. Somehow this leads to Kim spending his nights in Chay's bed with the Great Wall of Pillows standing firmly between them.

“Your drinks,” the bartender says with a smooth and melodic voice. He places their drinks onto the table and makes a move to walk away.
“What’s your name?” Kinn asks before he can stop himself. He’s not used to being ignored, everyone always jumps at the opportunity to talk to him. He’s known to be a great tipper in the places he often visits so the staff are usually all over him.
The bartender stops and shoots him a look. A look that is full of irritation as if Kinn offended him with the question.
“Why? You need it to enjoy your drink, rich boy?” The bartender asks, cocking an eyebrow with an oversweet smile.
Kinn raises an eyebrow of his own, assessing the guy with a look. There’s no watch on his wrist, the shirt is white and ill fitted, the material looking kind of stiff which means it’s on the cheaper side. The shoes have seen better days, same can be said about the dress pants. The jab about Kinn being a ‘rich boy’ is pretty clear that the guy has some kind of problem with people with money. It’s okay, Kinn can deal with that.

Sometime after the food is gone and the iced teas have been refilled, Kim realizes he’s just listening to Porsche tell stories and Porchay talk about music. He's not thinking about how to turn the conversation to his advantage.
They don’t seem to mind that he’s quiet, or that his additions to the conversation are stilted, censoring everything he can’t say about himself and his life. They don’t push him when he evades personal questions. They fill his awkward silences with jokes and banter with each other. They listen whenever he finds something to say.
He can’t tell whether he’s pretending to be Wik or pretending to be Kim, or something else entirely.
It’s…nice.
