It is up to the Ninja to stop them and save the day like they always do. But what happens when things become far more complicated than anyone could expect? Summary
Mydei’s head whirls up to face him the very second Phainon walks into the carnage that marks the Titan of Strife’s descent. The man stands among the dead carcasses of beasts, but Phainon cannot force himself to tear his gaze away to survey the situation beyond that when their eyes meet.
They have the exact same shape and spark behind them, the slitted pupils. But the color. They are much more vibrant than they used to be, almost liquid gold like the blood running through their veins. Captivating.
“Welcome to Amphoreus, Nikador,” Phainon greets as smoothly as he can, his steps barely faltering as he walks closer. He imagined himself saying those words a million times over, and that’s the only reason his voice doesn’t crack.
Mydei studies him for a heartbeat. And then, a wild fanged grin spreads across his face, allowing Phainon to finally break his gaze away and take his appearance in.
or; Phainon ushers in the new dawn of Era Nova. All that's left is the lengthy wait for that one person to follow him into it

Summary
They simply sat in silence as Mydei’s thumb brushed over Phainon’s hurrying pulse point. Upwards. He pressed the centre of his palm and his fingers twitched in response, half-closed before opening again. He dragged his thumb across the callouses at the base of his fingers and then the ones along each finger from years upon years of holding a sword.
Mydei’s fingertips pressed against his own and glided downwards, sliding over each calloused bump and drifting into the gaps between Phainon’s fingers without intertwining but so, so close.
“We should eat.”
Phainon’s hand lurched but Mydei splayed his fingers to hold him down as his eyes narrowed, sharpening, akin to a predator that caught the scent of bleeding prey.
He leaned closer to pin him with the weight of his hand and stare. “Unless there’s a reason you’ve been avoiding food like its poison.”
In the Eternal Page, Phainon’s body has been completely restored to enjoy peaceful days without the threat of death and destruction looming over Amphoreus. There’s just one problem and it doesn’t go unnoticed by the other Chrysos Heirs.
