Summary
Azhdaha had always hated Celestia. He had always called them thieves, savages, colonizers. He had always spat venom when his beliefs were questioned, bristling as he ranted about how his memories were stolen and his body buried deep below the earth and his power shattered and stripped from him, shards taken away to leave the rest of him an incomplete puzzle—a broken clay pot that would always have a jagged edge because a piece was gone.
And as Morax gazed at the shimmering chess-piece in his hands—
He thought he understood, just a little. For in his hands—the authority he had just been gifted, the gnosis, the right to rule Liyue—
Was a piece of Azhdaha's heart.
In which: The war ends, Morax is given something he has no right to have, and the consequences.

Summary
Azhdaha's kisses tasted like honey.
There were lips on his, again and again and again until Neuvillette's head spun and the warm glow of the older sovereign's smile was the only thing that mattered.
How had he gotten here? He, Neuvillette, Hydro Sovereign, Leviathan the Judge—sitting in the lap of one of his kin, mate to one of the Archons he had sworn to judge. A large, clawed hand rested at his hip, holding him in place so he wouldn’t fall as his own hands gingerly braced against Azhdaha’s broad chest, the faint heat in his cheeks growing as the older dragon pecked him again.
In which: Affections are given, an important conversation is had, and a judgement is made.

Summary
Three weeks had gone by in nothing but the blink of an eye.
What was three weeks, to those like him? To those like them? He who had lived six thousand years in this realm and Azhdaha, who had lived so, so much longer?
Those three weeks were the beginning of freedom. Freedom, as he had never tasted it before, freedom that was true and pure and complete. It was more than what he had had after his retirement, because Morax had always known that that peace had always been temporary and that in the end, he would have to take his spear up once more one final time. There had always been that invisible clock counting down the time until the end of the world, each hour a gnosis passed into the Tsaritsa’s hands. Three weeks ago, the clock struck midnight.
And the world had ended, and a new one born from its ashes.
In which: Morax contemplates the end of the world, and Azhdaha joins him.

Summary
Once upon a time, when there were fewer stars in the sky and the universe was not as ancient as it is now, there lived a sun.
This sun was not particularly old nor particularly large, but its light was warm and welcoming, shining bright through the remnants of the nebula that birthed it.
And in the manner of the birth of celestials, solar flares became a tail, a corona became a down-soft mane, and that nuclear core split into two and sparked to life in a skeleton of pure energy.
(Just as water and ice are the same, energy and matter follow the same principle.
And thus, as the universe willed it, a dragon was born.)In which: A sun and moon meet, part, and meet anew in two lifetimes. They are not the same, and that's okay.

Summary
Morax's face was pressed into Azhdaha's chest as he rested, the line between their bodies seamless and tight, and his chest aches because how could he fit? Where would he fit? The two earth dragons had been together for so long they had forgotten what it was like to be alone, and yet…
And yet they had invited him to join them.
In which: Neuvillette worries. He does not have to.

Summary
Welcome to gay dragon hell with me! Here you will find random Rezhong snippets I decide to write, usually at 3 AM, and then throw them out into the world for others to read and (hopefully) enjoy. We'll go from angst to fluff to back again, and we'll see just how far my brainworms (and spite) take me :D
All fics posted here are stand-alone, and do not require any other fics to understand! However, all are set within the same universe and do provide context for each other. They are not in chronological order.
For some context, Azhdaha and Morax were married during the Archon War, and Ganyu and Xiao are their adopted children.

Summary
There is a Kingdom that resides in the darkness of the land.
It was ruled by the Queen of the Night and her three children- the three princes.
The oldest of them all was a Knight with long pale hair that reflected the moonlight. As the oldest, the throne was promised to him from birth.
One day, a beautiful princess from a far away land arrived at the castle. Her hair was the color of gold, her eyes were as green as priceless emeralds, and her fair skin was soft to the touch.
The Knight fell deeply in love with her, giving all his devotion to his beautiful princess.
They wed, and they became King and Queen of the land of darkness.

Summary
Crowley was one of seven princes. He is one of two fallen, but unlike his brother, the King of Hell, his crown is broken and buried. And he’d very much like to keep it that way. Over 6,000 years ago, he was abandoned by his family, and only a year ago, he was abandoned by his lo- angel, and he very much just wants to be drunk and forget about all of it, at least for a few years.
But the truth comes after him whether he likes it or not. His siblings show up like only siblings can to drag him back in with some shit about the Second Coming and him being in danger, as if they suddenly care. But Heaven’s civil war is not at all what most celestials think, and it all comes back to him. No drama like the very first family’s drama.

Summary
The apocalypse has come and gone, and against all odds, Pharloom remains standing. The time has come for Hornet to return to Hallownest, accompanied by friends and allies: Shakra hopes to explore the mythical land beyond the wastes, and properly lay to rest a member of her own tribe; Lace fears unraveling without the aid of a Weaver, while contending with the immensity of a future free of her mother’s threads; and the Green Prince lives only only to spite the Citadel, passively seeking a more honorable end than might be found in the rubble of his homeland.
Meanwhile, Hornet returns from Pharloom with magic and knowledge that might aid in the slow recovery of Hallownest and Deepnest–and perhaps offer the chance to call home the sibling she once thought lost to her forever.

Summary
Narinder is used to the Lamb and their strange quirks. He is used to watching the Lamb do chores, gamble away their money in Knucklebones, fish, and other inane activities. Even being unable to read the Lamb's mind, The One Who Waits is confident that he knows the Lamb.
Until he realizes he doesn't.
The Lamb is suddenly very blank-faced, almost like a canvas. This is different than what he knows of them-- except when they are around their Followers. For some reason-- some strange, inexplicable reason-- the Lamb is only different around him.
Narinder must now balance dealing with the Lamb's bewildering behavior, becoming accustomed to mortal life, a stupid task from the Mystic Seller to fetch his siblings... and the whispers of strange happenings all around the cult-- all seemingly tied to a prophecy that rears its ugly head in his dreams that he cannot make heads nor tails of.
Beware the Teeth in the Darkness.

Summary
Something goes wrong. The crown is split during Narinder's defeat, splitting the power between him and the Lamb.
Narinder keeps a portion of his godhood, and the Lamb finds that abilities they had access to before are no longer possible: Healing is cut short. Powers are halved. And there is a very real chance of permadeath, as the ability to resurrect is not possible without full power, and the God of Death is not cooperative.
Afterlife and Purgatory are not options either. Dying means erasure. Gone.Lambert knows Narinder grows stronger by the day, crown or not, and yet keeps him spared as they try to figure out how to complete their own goals. Narinder vows vengeance on the lamb for usurping him. After a few unsuccessful murder attempts, he's in for the long haul. It is only a matter of time before the Lamb's guard is down before he can strike, and The One Who Waits is very patient. When a mystic being demands they save the bishops from purgatory, an alliance is in order.
Except...the lamb's actions and their presence begin to unlock abilities within the God of Death he didn't know he had prior to his imprisonment, among other fickle things, like emotions. The prophecy didn't warn him of that part.
