"All Might wasn’t on campus today, but he’s on his way. I hear the oaf practically sprinted out of the barbers after he was told you’d been hurt," he snorts.
Izuku… doesn’t know what his sensei is talking about.
"Sorry," he says. "Who?"
The pause is short and very loud.
"Good to see you can still make jokes, Problem Child," he says, oblivious to Izuku’s blank stare. "Try pulling that one on him when he shows up."
"I don't… I'm sorry, I don't know who you’re talking about."
Aizawa looks at him for a long moment, before realisation seemingly dawns on his face.
"Recovery Girl," he says, "I need you out here."

“I know you can,” David said gently, walking over to kneel next to him. “But part of being your foster parent is making sure you’re safe. And I promised-”
or David becomes Max's foster parent after his parents forget him at camp (what else is new?), and has to hire a babysitter to watch over him while he's at a work thing
