Angel and Husks' second attempt at babysitting little Aurora went slightly better than the last time. That is to say, it could be considered at least a mitigated disaster rather than an unmitigated one.
“C’mon, Rors, work with me here!” Angel pleaded with the wailing infant in his arms. Rory had been crying for a solid hour and a half non-stop. They had tried everything to calm her. They fed her and checked her diaper, Husk even took Vaggie’s advice of using his wings to play peek-a-boo. That only made her cry harder, wounding the old sinner’s pride a little.
Angel was now pacing across the lobby of the hotel, bouncing Rory in his upper arms. He even recruited the aid of Wiggles but even the power of plush piggies failed to calm the wailing child. “Look, I know ya miss ya Moms but they just need a little time to themselves to do grown-up things. They’ll be back soon, I promise.”

Summary
Hunter had been trained to kill in hundreds of ways. During his service with the GAR, he had destroyed every type of droid, separatist leader, and lifeform in between that was deemed a threat. He had been shot, stabbed, tortured, blown up on multiple occasions. But for some reason, the idea of being Omega's ori'vod, or Force forbid her buir, scared him more than anything the war had ever thrown his way.
Or, Hunter learns what it takes to raise Omega.

Summary
Their lives have been full of danger and close calls. Omega had never felt that kind of fear before-almost losing someone she cared about so much. Sometimes just seeing that Hunter is okay wasn't enough, but there's a simple cure for that they discover together.
There's even times Hunter needs it himself.

“Omega, you don’t have to worry. You are never going back to Mount Tantiss.”
A ringing starts in Omega's ears, long and sharp, that makes her vision blur at the edges and a sense of wrongness overwhelms her, nearly choking her.
“What did you say?” she whispers. “You’re supposed to say ‘Kamino,’” Omega presses, hushed but insistent, not daring to speak any louder. “That’s what you said the first time. How do you know about Mount Tantiss?”
“Because…” Hunter blinks hard, seemingly unable to look away from Omega either. “Because that…that’s where…that’s where you are.”
