Hindsight is 20/20 as they say. Maybe Stiles should’ve considered this more when he’d made the choice to hunt down a body in the woods. To be honest he probably would’ve been more prepared if he had.

Some parts of life suck ass. That’s a fact.
Okay, so, everyone’s life is different.
Maybe life isn’t as bad as he’s making it out to be. Let’s see: Emotional childhood trauma? Check. He thinks he’s emerged from that battle with a few scars, but ultimately whole. His dad and him readjusting to life after Mom? Painful, but a part of that battle. Serial killer uncle on the run? Of course, why not. We all have our shunned family members…
On second thought, he takes it all back. Going by this track record life had fucked him over plenty.
