Andrew is watching him from the desk. He doesn't see it so much as he feels it, the loaded weight of Andrew's steady gaze as he watches Neil try to make sense of the lazy haze overtaking his limbs. The floor is hard beneath him, carpeted and rough against the bare skin of his legs where his shorts have ridden up. He wonders how it would feel on his knees, if he were to crawl over to where Andrew has his legs spread, leaning comfortably on Kevin's desk chair. He wonders if it would burn.

Neil Josten is a survivor, a fighter, and a runner at heart but he is also not alone, his 16 year old sister, Cece, is by his side and like all slightly crazy younger siblings is willing to raise hell for him if he asks.
Neil and Cece are a package deal, so when the Palmetto Foxes come knocking, Neil tries to turn them away. He won't abandon the only person he's truly trusted. But since they're both bad influences on each other they come up with a plan, with the help of a few loyal allies Neil and Cece are going to free themselves from the past that won't stop hunting them.
It won't be easy, balancing secrets, a dysfunctional team, lies, the Ravens and their King - Riko, a suspicious Andrew and the past. But the Josten siblings don't back away from fights.
