Then Hollander says, “Baby,” and Ilya knows for certain that he’s never called Ilya that, because it takes the air right out of Ilya’s lungs and makes his guts twist and fuck, he would have remembered if Hollander had ever called him that. Especially in that reverent tone.

Summary
Ilya has had plenty of sex. That's no secret to anyone. He had long since confessed to Shane that sex with him was always special and different, and that he's never felt like that with anyone else, but the self doubt that lives in Shane's mind had told him that you can never be too sure.

Hollander’s hand slides up his face and into his hair, before curling into a fist and tugging. Ilya gasps, his eyes shooting open as his head is forced back. “Eyes open, puppy.”
Ilya nods as much as he can with Hollander’s hand holding his head in place, the sting in his scalp only turning him on more.
“How long have you wanted me like this, Rozanov?” Hollander teases. “Since I became captain?” Ilya tries to shake his head. Hollander’s grip tightens, and Ilya moans loudly. “Words, Rozanov.”
“Before,” Ilya pants. “Since-since we met. Since I saw your-your веснушки, your freckles.”

Collage/University AU, where Shane and Ilya play hockey on the same team and live across the hall from each other, and have little hate crushes on each other. And then one day, there’s a cockroach in Ilya’s dorm, and he freaks out so loudly that Shane comes from across the hall to bang on his door and tell him to shut the fuck up. And they're both so turned on, Ilya by how mean Shane is to him and how effortlessly he gets rid of the cockroach, and Shane by how pathetic Ilya is. Things escalate.
