In an AU where Katniss didn't volunteer for Prim and she died saving Peeta, making him the 74th Victor.
As Peeta the newest Victor and Zac reach a certain age, Snow threw their names in the same pot of fate as Finnick Odair, forcing them into a workline of underage prostitution. Together, Peeta and Zac resolves each others' problems before working together to escape their life of prostitution. -

Glimmer Belcourt is known for her strength and beauty throughout District One, and it's a powerful weapon for her sponsors, since she's volunteering for the 74th Hunger Games. While in the capitol, she meets Clove Taylor during training. And even though Glimmer is smart, she didn't know where her beauty can take her, or how it can drag her down.
Clove Taylor is a trouble maker in District Two, but she's very fast and smart, a perfect tribute for the Hunger Games. During her years of training in the Districts Academy, she knows what her destiny is. So when she volunteers, she couldn't see the misfortune ahead of her, because falling for someone in the Hunger Games means automatic death. But Clove knows, she gets what she wants, and she won't let her love go down with her.

Tom Riddle was born and raised in the Capitol under his father's influence. Training to become the Capitol's Defense Minister, he is given the task of mentoring District Twelve's two tributes.
“Well, what is your name, dear?” She asks uncomfortably, green lipstick covering her patronizing smile. A different name is on the tip of his tongue. But the Capitol will know.
“Harry Potter.”
It’s a name he hasn’t ever spoken, a name that’s been whispered about for nearly two decades in dimly lit bars, a name that’s been the subject of local legends: the name of a traitor.

He’s never experienced anything quite like the mental image, but he has no doubt Harry will show him one day. They have forever together after all—once these pesky Games finish, at least. He’ll return with Harry to District Twelve and allow himself some sort of domestic bliss while he picks up the shattered pieces of Harry’s heart and mind. They will then return back to the Capitol where Tom’s career will flourish and Harry will sit patiently waiting for him at home—a sight that will brighten even Tom’s bleakest of days.

Just the thought of last night and Cato's weight on top of her made her feel more alive than she had in years. The blood and the insults, it was all just foreplay to them. Something designed to get the blood pumping faster, to heighten the senses, and send excitement coursing through their veins.
