Summary
The morning that Pearl and Marina’s helicopter landed in Inkopolis, Agent Eight got to work adjusting to the surface. At the same time, Agent Three stumbled off to head home and get some rest—and no one ever saw her again.
Five years later, Agent Four, now the Captain of the New Squidbeak Splatoon, heads out to investigate reports of strange activity on the fringes of Splatsville. With the help of a new friend (and maybe a little more), Four’s ready for action… but the investigation in Alterna runs deeper than either of them could’ve ever imagined, and what they find may hold the key to figuring out what happened to the old Agent Three all those years ago.
