Welcome or welcome back.
This is the second part of my digital art series/challenge "Under 30 minutes". The rules are much the same as they were in the previous post, but I'll give a brief run-down here.
The 4 core tenets of this challenge are as such:
1, I'm using Wigglypaint by Internet Janitor. Usually, I draw on my phone screen (the program was made for PC but it does work on phones)
2, I have a maximum of 30 minutes to work (sketch, line, color, detail) each drawing -> if I have multiple drawings for the same chapter, this obviously multiplies.
3, I'm drawing Rin and Len's Project Diva modules (with an anonymous person's hand or upper body appearing sometimes as a viewer-insert).
4, I try posting every day or every few days. AO3 updates the date at 2 AM in my timezone. I also might have a backlog that I'm posting the following day or gradually!
Wigglypaint is a restrictive drawing program made by Internet Janitor. It's a gif maker featuring a small canvas, a limited amount of preset tools, 5 colors maximum, 2 layers (the coloring tools automatically go to a layer under the drawing tools) and preset palettes on the website. Since I try not to repeat palettes, I import some of them from Lospec. Before now, I mostly did traditional art, so I've been trying to branch out. I had to start a new post after the tags on the first one became full. It ran for almost two months before that. Every chapter of this post gets two or three tags to describe the drawing.
I'm only drawing things that are technically safe for work (no full nudity, no hard gore, etc.) but some themes might be uncomfortable (eye contact, minor injuries, bad weather, a character crying or being inconvenienced). The comments are open for requests/recommendations, constructive criticism, asking what palette I used, or just general chatter and observations about the drawings.
If you want me to draw a module for you, please comment their name/s (and optionally, the scenario you want for them) on this chapter, or if they already appeared in a chapter and you'd like me to draw them again, you can comment on that chapter too!!
Most of the time, I draw Rin or Len's base designs. There's also no restriction for how many times I can draw one module, so my favorites will appear multiple times. I'm also having to simplify the color scheme and clothing/accessories design for the modules because of the small canvas and limited tools, so simpler designs are preferred.
