In the chaos of a parallel battle against evil, Earth16 and Earth12 come a little too close to one another, causing the briefest tear in the veil between their worlds.
When the veil closes, it separates two heroes from their home. Now they have to find a way back, while coming to terms with just who 'Wally West' is and what he means to those around him.
