Summary
Gerard likes Frank like this. Hot, hard, and desperate, begging for relief, coming to Gerard's bed achingly needy as unspoken confirmation that only they can give him what he's looking for. Frank acts like it's only pleasure he's asking of Gerard, yet they both know it's more, something deeper that's searching for comfort and reassurance and connection beyond a warm body. He wants to be deconstructed just enough to be barely intact, and only someone who knows him well enough to tell he's still recognizable by the end of it can give him that.
The suggestion of birthday sex in Paris is so Frank that Gerard can't miss the opportunity to tease him about it. That hopeless romanticism that Frank holds on to even while they're constantly caught in a sick game of push and pull. It's so juvenile and dumb that it’s almost cute.

Don’t read right before bed, thrilling and devastating all at once. Gets to the point but doesn’t leave out any detail, everything happens for a reason and Gerard and Franks dynamic is extremely raw. 10/10 read, laughed cried, and all of the above.
