   Fever-delirious John shoots and kills Micah, Dutch is freaking out with a gun just making jumpy John jumpier, and Arthur's gotta get things settled enough to ensure no one else gets hurt. Glimpses of Dutch's true character shine through in that and the following scene where he and Arthur argue outside. Protective brother Arthur is just *chef's kiss*
