Summary
Midoriya Izuku lives with his father in their shared apartment. He is practically a hermit after quitting high school in first year. However when his father gets arrested he finds his life changing.
Bakugo Katsuki deeply regrets his past, he was dumb when he was a kid and now he’s ready to face up to that fact. At the urging of his therapist he goes to visit his childhood friend to finally apologize. Instead of his friend he finds an empty apartment.
Tldr: Izuku lives with his sexually abusive father who gets arrested for a white collar crime. Izu can’t find the money to post bale and is taken in by Aizawa. All the while Katsuki is desperately searching for his friend to get closure. -

His father sat next to where he layed, stroking his hair comfortingly, speaking in a soft voice, “what happened little bug?”
Izuku simply shook his head, not wishing to deal with his own failure to talk properly.
“Oh sweetie,” his dad said, kissing his forehead, then nose, then moving down to his lips. “I’ll make it better.”
Izuku had sobbed in his arms as his father touched him that night, it was like the movies they had watched. It made him feel odd and scared so he clutched his bunny close the whole time.
Still he stayed, desperate for any sort of attention or affection. Desperate for love.
