vblu6 Presents: Memes, Art, and Other Things for “Prisoners of Fate”

Summary:

A semi-official artbook/lorebook for vblu6’s BotW/TotK x Persona 5 crossover, “Prisoners of Fate”!

This is a bunch of random crap my beta readers and I make for the fic between updates. Some things are definitely canon and kinda serious while other things are just weird shenanigans that pop out of our brains. (How “official” a chapter is will be clarified in its summary.)

All things considered, there will be MAJOR SPOILERS for Prisoners of Fate in here, so if you’re interested in the idea for PoF please check that out first! You can find it in the series that this is linked to, “The Hero and The Trickster”.

I’ll only update this when I have a lot of art/memes/videos piled up. Just to assure people out there that I’m not dead and that I am working on the story. :P

Chapter 1: “I HATE LUCIUS!” (Ch. 9+)

Summary:

ClaireTheBlade has a few choice words towards the new antagonist in Part 3.

I swear I didn’t forget Prisoners of Fate—

I make a lot of random crap related to the main story during my hiatuses, so here’s some of that junk to nibble on while I work on actually making a decent plot x.x

At the time of posting this, Chapter 9 was the last chapter I posted, so there will be some sneak peek things for the upcoming chapters, my dear current readers 👀

Chapter Text

As the title suggests, this is a chapter about one of my beta readers venting about their hatred of the big bad of Part 3.

ClaireTheBlade, a good friend of mine and my main consultant on Zelda-related things, scared the living crap out of me when she started yelling about pulling up to Hyrule and ankle-biting Lucius in the middle of my relatively peaceful day.

Now if you don’t know who Lucius is, he’s the main antagonist of Outsiders, which is the third part of PoF. He’s one of the princes of Hytopia, a distant land known for its powerful and intricate trade connections to other nations. There’s more detail on him in “Prisoners of Fate”, but I can at least show you the concept art for him here:

Quite the punchable face, eh? [And a twink, according to CTB.] Well, CTB definitely thought so and decided to express her violent urges towards him… in drawing.

As she was ranting about how she’ll break his acrylics, rip out his soul, and fight him on sight, I had the funny idea of putting the two together in this iconic meme:

Needless to say that if CTB gets stuck in Hyrule (again), Lucius better sleep with one eye open. o.o
