Summary
Clint Barton fell through the cracks in the system when he ran away to the circus at nine. He's done his best since then to stay off the radar of any official agency or organization, much less the government. That all changes, though, the day he signs on with SHIELD. Suddenly he needs a birth certificate, a passport, a bank account. He has to pay taxes - wtf?
