"Am I cute?" The wind rushed past the both of them as they both floated through the air as if they were in free fall and plummeting to the earth. She cupped the blonde's cheek as she smiled at her, even though she was slowly dying from blood loss and her quirk's power was starting to fade. She smiled at the girl who stabbed her and said the next words with all her heart. For the girl who needed to hear them the most.

"The cutest girl in the whole world"

"Ochako, hey, ochako!" A distant voice called to her as memories of the past went through her head. then there was a hand on her shoulder and she snapped out of her daydream. Ochako turned away from the rack of clothes she was looking at and to the pink-skinned girl who was looking worriedly at her. "Ochako are you okay? You seemed lost for a bit there"

Ochako sighed before putting on a cheerful smile. She had been doing that a lot lately, especially around her friends.

"I'm fine Mina, just, thinking, that's all" Ochako turned back to look at the rack of discounted clothing in front of her. She needed to get some new clothes which was why she was shopping with Mina currently at a clothing store. She sighed again when she only saw a few pieces of clothing that looked interesting but she wasn't even sure they were her size.

"Girl you need to stop going for discounts all the time you need to splurge a little, put Japan's number eleven hero bank account down and push it to its limit!" Mina had a wide smile as she gestured to some of the more expensive clothing, or as Mina would say regular-priced clothing. But old habits die hard and Ochako went back to looking at her discounts which caused Mina to sigh and drag Ochako off to the full-priced clothes. Mina began picking a few clothes and handing them over to Ochako to hold which she reluctantly did. When they had a sizable pile Mina dragged her over to the fitting rooms.

"Mina all these clothes are too expensive for me I'm not getting all of them" Ochako complained as they passed by a few more racks of clothing and Mina grabbed a few clothes from there too.

"Then lucky for you I'm paying for it all being the 20th best hero has its perks" Ochako's eyes immediately went wide at the mention of her friend paying for this mess of clothes.

"Mina, no, I would rather pay double than let you buy all this" Mina gave her a sly smile before stopping in front of the changing rooms.

"Well, then we better start deciding which ones are your favorites and which-, wait" Mina sniffed at the air and turned to one of the changing rooms. "Do you smell that?" Mina had a worried look on her face as she took a weary step towards the changing room door. Ochako sniffed at the air and she was instantly hit by a familiar scent she hadn't smelled in years. Pomegranates and flowers, and only one person she knew of had that particular scent. The alpha in her seemed to awaken when she noticed the scent belonged to an omega in heat. Ochako bit her lip as she set the pile of clothes down and rushed over to the door where she could tell there was an omega on the other side and there was a high possibility it was her. Himiko Toga

"there's someone in there," Ochako said as Mina knocked on the door. There was a small whimper before a girl's voice responded.

"What is it?" Ochako's inner alpha preened at the ever-increasing chance that it was her on the other side of that door. She bit her lip as Mina answered.

"Um, do you need any help in there miss I don't mean to offend you but it smells like you're in, uhm, heat?" There was a pause before the girl responded.

"Go away" Mina decided to try and comfort the girl some more to gain her trust.

"Miss we're off-duty pro heroes, i go by Pinky and this is my friend Uravity, if you need anything we are here to help you" At the mention of being pro heroes the girl on the other side mumbled something then they heard the door unlock before she spoke.

"Okay, you can help" Mina slowly pushed the door open and Ochako waited with bated breath to see the girl she had been thinking of so much lately, the one she had spent countless nights staying awake regretting not being able to do more for her and not being a better friend to and not fulfilling her promise to her, to give her blood to for the rest of her life. But when the door finally opened and Ochako looked at the girl on the other side her heart fell in her chest and her eyes stung.

It wasn't her. This girl had short dark hair and deep blue eyes and was wearing a white shirt and short skirt. No way was it toga using her quirk because then her scent would change to the other person's. She sighed as she just had to accept that this person wasn't her. Her alpha head-butted her chest painfully to get her attention but she pushed that feeling down and turned to the girl in front of them.

Her skin was flush and red with a thin coat of sweat covering every bit of exposed flesh. She lightly panted and held her stomach in pain. Ochako could smell the pheromones drifting off of her and that made her alpha claw at her chest to get closer to the source, but she wasn't interested in the girl like that and pushed those feelings down even though her body was reacting to it without her consent. 

"We should probably get her home," Ochako said as she leaned down toward the girl as Mina did the same. Right now she was jealous of Mina being a beta since she didn't react the same to Omegas in heat like she did.

"We're going to lift you up okay?" Mina said and the girl nodded. Ochako and Mina both lifted the girl up to get her to her feet where she quickly leaned against Ochako. She could tell the omega was attracted to her but she didn't feel the same way as she and Mina both guided her out of the changing room and out of the store.

"Let's get you home girl," Mina said as the girl showed her a cute pink phone with her address on the screen and they began walking in the direction of the girl's apartment. After walking a few blocks ochako was already growing tired of having to put up with the overly affectionate omega as she nuzzled against her while they walked. The omega girl was warm and made her alpha preen each time she did it but she ignored those feelings. The sting of not finding Himiko hurt too much for anything else to take her mind off of it. 

When they arrived at the girls building Mina opened the door for them as Ochako supported the omega but as she did she caught a whiff of that scent again. Pomegranates and flowers, a scent she believed only belonged to Himiko but was clearly wrong about. She felt that clawing in her chest again like her alpha was trying to tell her something but she ignored it, even if it slammed hard against her ribs again. After making it through the lobby and into the elevator Mina asked for her floor before pushing it.

The ride up was quiet as the omega continued to nuzzle against her and Mina just gave her an awkward smile that just said 'Bear with it'. After they arrived they exited the elevator and walked through the rows of doors in the hallway until they reached a fairly scratched and beat-up door with half scrubbed off graffiti on it. Ochako thought it was weird since all the other doors were in nice and well-kept condition except for this one.

Some of what she could make out of the graffiti said 'freak' 'monster' 'get out now' 'bitch' and a half-cleaned one that said 'murde-' Mina and she looked at each other before looking at the omega girl.

"Are you sure it's safe for you to be here?" The omega girl released a whimper before nodding as she rubbed her legs together and reached into her pockets before taking out a key before handing it to Mina. After she took it the omega girl went back to nuzzling ochako who just sighed and accepted her fate. Mina unlocked the door and they brought the omega inside before setting her down on the couch.

"Do you have any suppressants around miss?" Mina asked the clearly heat-drunk omega. She pointed to the hallway and said bathroom cabinet 🗄️. Mina left to go search for them and left Ochako to comfort the omega girl. There was a long quietness between them as Ochako thought about today while also pushing her alpha down as it begged her to go to the omega in heat but she kept denying it making it sad.

She thought about how much this girl reminded her of Himiko the more she looked at her, but they were clearly different. Different hair, and different eyes, but some things still reminded her of Himiko, like her scent, her facial features, and her body. Her eyes seemed to drift unconsciously to the girl's breasts and she scolded herself when the omega caught her staring.

"See something you like?" The omega gave her a small smile and caused her to blush and turn away. But before she could answer Mina arrived with a glass of water and a suppressant.

"All I could find was ones that last thirty minutes will that be okay?" Mina handed the water over to the girl and she drank it with the suppressant. It immediately began to work and she felt the pain in her abdomen lessen. "I can go to the store and find longer-lasting ones or I can call someone for you if you need that." ochako blushed before turning back to the omega who seemed to be doing a lot better.

"No, I'm fine for now in fact" The omega girl stood up and began walking to the kitchen. "To thank you two how about I make us some tea." Mina looked at her and then back to Ochako who shrugged.

"Sure I guess but we should probably leave after we're done, you sure you don't need anything else before we leave? What if the pain comes back and you can't leave your apartment? it seems kinda dangerous for you to be out by yourself especially since you're in heat" The omega just shook her head as she grabbed a few cups down from her cabinet.

"I can handle myself I'm not defenseless" Just then the omega reached under her skirt and pulled out a knife before setting it on the counter. Mina made a surprised face while Ochako looked at the knife and studied it. The design almost looked familiar to her but she pushed that thought away as the omega girl finished filling a kettle with water. "Tea will be ready in a bit so get comfortable while you wait" The omega girl went down the hallway and disappeared into her room leaving the two friends alone.

Ochako pulled out her phone and realized they had been with the omega girl for almost an hour by now. Then she felt Mina touch her shoulder. She looked over towards her and she had an unreadable expression on her face as she chewed on her bottom lip before speaking.

"Ochako I have a question for you will you answer it?" 

"I guess, why what is it?" Ochako watched as Mina nervously shifted on the seat before speaking.

"You're an alpha right?"

"Yeah, why?" Mina already knew the answer to that she didn't know why she was asking that question.

"There's an omega in heat right next door that seems to like you, do you think that maybe you would like to, uhm, you know" Mina put her hands up and made an o shape before sticking her other fingers through it. Ochako blushed at what her friend was insinuating.

"N-no Mina I don't want to do that, I'm not interested in her like that" Minas cheeks were even pinker than usual as she cleared her throat.

"You know it's perfectly natural for an alpha and omega to do it when they get like that ochako" Ochako covered her face to hide her blush. She really didn't want to have this conversation, and her alpha seemed to whine at her for not wanting to either so now there were two bugging her about the omega girl.

"I know it is Mina but I'm just not interested in her like that" 

"But does your alpha say the same?" Ochako tried to say something but knew she couldn't and that Mina had caught her. "You haven't been in a single relationship at all ochako, not even after admitting you liked Deku at u.a. It's like you just gave up since toga-." Mina stopped as she watched Ochako stiffen at the mention of Himiko. Mina sighed before gently grabbing Ochako's hands and rubbing her thumbs over the back of them to try and soothe her.

"I'm sorry for bringing her up ochako. I know it hurts to think about her even now but you can't stop your whole life from moving forward just because you never got the chance to talk to her properly" Mina pulled her into a warm hug she hoped was comforting to the other girl.

"Please ochako you need to move forward, do you really think she and everyone else in your life would want you to beat yourself up over something you can't change." Ochako took in her friend's words and sighed. She knew her friend was right but her heart still had other things it wanted to fixate on. As Ochako was about to speak the kettle on the stove started to whistle loudly and the dark-haired omega came out of her room with her scent smelling stronger now that the suppressant was wearing off soon. The girl hummed a small song as they both watched her before Mina leaned in next to her ear.

"Please ochako she seems like a nice girl why don't you give her a shot at least for an hour" Ochako wanted to say no but she took one last look at the girl who was now carelessly swinging her hips as she hummed to herself and her inner alpha felt like it bit her heart to try and tell her something. She sighed before nodding to Mina.

"Fine, one hour then I'll leave, okay" Mina smiled at her before scooting away from her. Suddenly Mina's phone pinged and she looked at it.

"Oh, perfect timing, it's Tsu she says her heat hit early and she needs me to buy her some suppressants" Mina stood up from the couch and walked towards the door. "Sorry miss but I need to head out early you two have fun without me" Mina suddenly stopped before turning around and reaching in her pocket and handing Ochako something before closing her hand around it. "Just in case" she whispered quietly enough so only Ochako could hear her before exiting the apartment leaving her and the omega girl alone.

Ochako opened her hand to look at what Mina gave her and immediately clenched her hand closed and shoved it in her pockets. 'Why the hell did Mina have condoms on her' Unless she thought she and Ochako were going to-, nope not going down that path. Ochako slapped her cheeks before turning back towards the kitchen where the dark-haired omega girl finished pouring the third cup of tea.

"Teas ready," she said in a sing song like voice as she picked up a pink heart-covered mug. "Although you might want it to cool down for a little bit before drinking" She jumped up and sat down on the counter. There was a loud silence as Ochako made her way to the kitchen and to the two cups left on the table. One was a green one and the other was of a cartoon character named Bluey. She reached for the green one when the Omega girl shouted at her. "Not that one! The bluey ones yours" Ochako looked at her with a suspicious glare.

"Why not the green one?" Ochako smelled the air and could tell there was something different about the green one. It smelled different than the blue one and the pink one.

"Um I ran out of the good tea and had to use something cheaper instead" Ochako stared at her for a moment before relaxing.

"I wouldn't mind having worse tea if it was cheaper" Ochako watched as the other girl sighed as she picked up the bluey cup and sniffed it. "Chamomile do you have trouble sleeping miss, uhm what's your name" There was a moment of silence as the girl thought before speaking.

"My name is Muzai Himeneko and yes I have trouble sleeping, sometimes I get nightmares and can't fall asleep" Himeneko took a sip of her tea as Ochako thought for a moment, for some reason, she could feel her alpha clawing at the back of her ribs as if to say 'are you blind!' as if she was missing something obvious that she should have noticed.

"What kinda nightmares do you get" 

"Bad ones" Himeneko answered cheekily.

"I mean what are they about? Are they about something specific that happened to you or something you're afraid of?" Himeneko thought for a moment before sighing.

"They're about the war or wars I was in as a child" Ochako's grip on her cup tightened as memories of that time came back to her, memories she didn't want to remember and memories of her.

"I'm sorry for asking" Ochako went back to quietly drinking her cup of tea as Himeneko watched her with those strangely cat-like eyes.

"No it's fine you can ask me anything about it if you want" Himeneko continued to watch her as she sipped her tea.

"Okay then," Ochako thought for a moment as she tried to come up with questions for Himeneko. "What were you doing during the war." Ochako expected a simple answer from the girl like being a civilian or a student in school she didn't seem that much older than her so she was probably a kid like her when it happened.

"I was a part of the paranormal liberation front and was a lieutenant during the war" Ochako's eyes went wide at the girl's words. "Bet you're surprised about that" Himeneko took another sip from her tea as if she didn't just drop that bomb on her. "And yes that means I've killed people and I was locked away for a long time for it"

"I wasn't, I," Ochako didn't know what to say as she processed the girl's words, it was a lot to take in and gave her a ton of questions, there was also the fact her alpha was howling at her as if to say 'are you that stupid!' and begging her to notice already. Ochako went to take another sip from her drink and realized it was empty. "I need some water" Ochako walked over to the sink and filled her cup with water before gulping it down to wet her suddenly dry mouth. Ochako took a breath before sighing. It hasn't even been ten minutes yet and she feels like she wants to leave already. Her inner alpha keeps trying to tell her something and she can't decipher it and now that the conversation with Himeneko has become awkward and she doesn't know what to do. She sighed again as she looked down into the sink and saw a few dishes that needed to be washed and another knife.

Suddenly she felt arms wrap around her and that pomegranate and floral-like scent enveloped her. It made her mouth water and heart thump but knowing who it belonged to made her heart fall, it wasn't Himiko, it would never be Himiko. She knew Himeneko was attracted to her but she had to tell her she didn't feel the same way, she didn't want to lead the girl on and disappoint her.

"Himeneko I have something to tell you" She felt her inner alpha preen as the omega girl nuzzled into her back and giggled.

"What is it ochako chan~" the girl said innocently.

"I don't feel that way about you Hime-" Ochako stopped mid-sentence when she realized what Himeneko called her. She wasn't sure she ever told Himeneko her name and the way she said it, it sounded just like how she used to say it. "What did you call me?" She asked and she felt her inner alpha going wild trying to tell her something but she couldn't tell what it was.

"Ochako chan~" Ochako tried to turn around to face the omega girl but Himeneko stopped her by holding her in place and tightly wrapped her arms around her, she was quite strong for a girl her size.

"Uh uh, not yet ochako dear, first I want to know how you didn't know it was me when I told you my name" Himeneko? placed a soft kiss on the back of her neck and Ochako gasped as her eyes closed. She felt heat rush to her cheeks as the girl's hands began roaming over her body and feeling her up.

She shivered when she felt sharp teeth graze the back of her neck before she kissed her again. It felt warm and pleasant and she could feel her pants getting tighter the more she touched her. Why was she getting so turned on suddenly when she wasn't attracted to her a second ago? Wait, she asked her a question what was it?

"Wait, what do you mean? what about your name-" Ochako was powerless as Himeneko? trailed her hand up her body teasingly before grabbing one of her breasts and began massaging it causing her to whimper and her inner alpha to go wild.

"I want to know why you didn't recognize me by my scent, you should have known it was me when you two met me at the clothing store" Himeneko? reached down and ran her hand over ochakos stomach before slipping lower and palming at the bulge that was growing in ochakos pants causing the brunette to whimper as she tried to grind her hips forward to create more delicious friction. Her mind and inner alpha were going wild as she tried to think clearly but the teasing from the other girl was making it hard to focus.

"Himeneko I don't understand what you mean I don't know you I-" Ochako gasped and opened her eyes when Himeneko? bit down hard enough to draw a small amount of blood from her neck. Himeneko? licked it up and Ochako sighed at the heavenly feeling of her tongue on her skin.

"Remember the promise you made to me ochako and the love you gave me, remember how I gave you all my blood and all my love in return, how could we ever forget it" Then it finally clicked for Ochako what she had meant the entire time and what her inner alpha has been trying to tell her this entire time. The Omega reached into her pants and gently grabbed at her hardening shaft before giving it a delicate squeeze causing Ochako to gasp and yell out her name. Her true name.

"Himiko!" Himiko clearly pleased with herself gave her shaft another soft squeeze causing Ochako to wince in pleasure before pulling her hand out and pulling away from her.

"Finally took you long enough now I can take off this stupid wig and contacts" Ochako leaned against the sink to catch her breath as she heard rustling behind her. After a moment she stood up and turned around and immediately came face to face with Himiko as she removed the dark hair and her long blonde hair fell free to her waist. She tossed the wig onto the table before turning around and removing her contacts from her eyes.

When she turned back to Ochako she now had every single detail Ochako expected to see when she looked at her, except these features had matured since they were teenagers. Ochako took every detail in and she only had one word for her, she was beautiful, she was always beautiful just like the day she told her. But then questions started to come flooding in about Himiko. She couldn't help herself as words suddenly came out of her mouth.

"Where were you all these years? Are you okay? Why were you hiding your identity? Why is there graffiti on your door? Are you safe here? Do you need somewhere safer to stay? You can stay with me? Why didn't you try and call me all these years? Himiko why are you crying?" Ochako took a step forward as she watched Himiko's eyes start to water, she looked overwhelmed right now and Ochako forgot she was in heat. Stupid ochako. Ochako immediately walked forward and grabbed Himiko's hand.

"We should get you to bed, you need to rest right now Himiko" Ochako began guiding Himiko to the bedroom where she opened the door and immediately noticed a nest on the bed. It looked like it had been there a while, like a few days already. Ocgako thought for a moment before things clicked for her. "Himiko why did you go out if you knew your heat was soon?"

Himiko looked away shyly before pulling her hand away from Ochako. She walked over to the bed and sat down near the nest.

"Because I wanted to see you" Himiko admitted shyly.

"You wanted to see me?" Ochako questioned the nervous omega who was chewing on her bottom lip. There was a long moment of silence before Himiko spoke. 

"I've missed you ochako and I've wanted to see you for a long time now" Himiko sighed as she pulled her legs up onto the bed. "Ever since my last heat ended I've been feeling empty and depressed all the time like I'm missing a part of me that I can't find." Himiko looked up at her with a weary look. "I've had this longing in my chest for you ochako and it's been getting worse with every day I don't see you" Ochako took a step toward the bed until she was close enough to reach out to himiko. She could smell that Himiko was distressed right now and needed to be comforted.

"Then why didn't you try and call me or contact me, I'm not exactly that hard to find" Ochako placed her hand on Himiko's leg and gave her a small smile. "I would have gone to you no matter where you were" Ochako watched as Himiko started to tear up and she was worried she did something wrong to upset her.

"I wanted to but I was scared, scared that you wouldn't want to see me again, that you didn't want a reminder of what happened all those years ago, I was scared that you would be mad at me" tears began falling down her face as she hugged her legs tighter to her chest and ochako reached out to wipe them away, but then himiko grabbed her hand to stop her from touching her. "So instead of reaching out I started stalking you" Himiko admitted as she looked away from Ochako as her shame grew stronger. "I started out online with your socials and on forums with your fans, then I found out where you lived and watched you for months, watching you go to celebrations, charity events, what you did on your days off. I learned when you went out with your friends, when you were the most vulnerable, that's how I knew you would be at the clothing store today, you probably didn't even notice I was there all those times did you?" Himiko let go of her hand and Ochako stood there as she processed her words. Himiko has been stalking her, on everything and everywhere, and with everyone for who knows how long. A part of her was disturbed by this information and really creeped out right now, but another part knew this was something Himiko would probably do and it's not the worst thing she's ever done. She put her hand on her stomach where the scar from the stab wound still was even after all these years.

"Are you mad at me?" Himiko asked innocently as she sniffled and looked at where Ochako's hands were on her stomach. Ochako just looked up at her and shook her head. She sighed before reaching up and wiping away a few of Himiko's tears with her sleeve.

"Mad? no, a little disturbed? yes, but I'm not surprised because it's something that I know you would do and you've done way worse in the past to me, so no I'm not mad at you about it, it's okay" Ochako sat beside her on the bed and continued to wipe away tears. But then Himiko took a deep breath then sighed before speaking.

"I should probably tell you about the tea too" Ochako looked at her confused as she thought back to how the green cup of tea smelled different than the others.

"What about it?" Ochako prepared herself for the worst as Himiko chewed on her lip.

"I added a little extra ingredient so your friend would go to sleep so we could talk alone" Ochako's eyes went wide at what she heard come out of himiko's mouth. She was going to roofie her!

"Himiko don't drug my friends, she would have given us some space and left us alone if you just asked her, she's a nice person and a good friend" Ochako was a little bit angry at Himiko now but she sighed. She decided to let that go for now. "As long as you didn't mean to harm anybody and you don't do any of this again I can forgive you Himiko, okay?" Ochako cupped Himiko's cheeks with both her hands and moved her so she was looking straight at her. "You won't do this again right himiko?" Ochako asked again as she used her thumbs to wipe stray tears from Himiko's cheeks.

"I'll try" Himiko whispered as she sniffled and placed her hands on the ones on her cheeks.

"Please promise me you won't hurt people himiko" Their hands felt right being held together as their warmth intermingled together. She hoped Himiko never had to hurt another person ever again, that those days were behind her but the way her eyes flitted away from hers made her heart hurt.

"You know I can't do that ochako, you saw my door and what was written on it. People aren't going to just leave a former member of the League of Villains and a person responsible for the wars alone. I've had to fight off meta liberation nutjobs and dumb vigilantes seeking revenge for the war" at the mention of her being attacked by people her inner alpha became fiercely protective and she pulled himiko into her chest as a low growl began to rumble through her chest.

"Are you hurt? are you okay? when? who are they!?" Ochako began checking Himiko for any wounds as if she was just in a dangerous battle but she soon smelled calming pheromones coming from Himiko as she gently rubbed her arms to try and soothe her.

"Relax ochako the last one was weeks ago and it was just some dumb teenager with a fire quirk trying to make a name for himself. I scared him off and haven't had any problems since." Ochako seemed to calm down as she took in Himiko's words and her soothing scent. Ochako relaxed her grip on her omega and Himiko pulled away before looking into her eyes. Himiko smiled at her before she spoke. "And before you ask no I didn't kill any of them I'm trying to stay clean now"

oh. Ochako probably should have been worried about that but the thought of people hurting her himiko overtook her mind and that was all she could think about. Wait, why was she calling himiko hers? Ochako was too lost in her thoughts that she didn't notice Himiko holding her stomach as she sighed.

Himiko leaned forward and wrapped her arms around Ochako's waist as she pulled her close to her. She let out a breathy sigh as the painful heat cramps started to come back now that the suppressant had run out. Ochako wrapped her arms around Himiko and breathed in her scent. It was growing stronger by the second now that the suppressant had worn off. Ochako sniffed at the top of Himiko's head to smell the familiar pomegranate and floral scent, but there was also a slight hint of eucalyptus. It must have been her shampoo.

"You smell so nice Himiko" Ochako nuzzled into the top of her head as Himiko did the same to her chest. She could feel Himiko's fingers digging into her back as she tried to bury herself as deep into her as she could. She heard Himiko let out a whimper as she felt her mouth softly bite at her shirt. She chuckled as she watched himiko look up at her with her mouth full of her shirt before letting it go. "You're so cute himiko" She watched as Himiko whimpered again as she began to climb on top of her.

"Wait Himiko we're gonna fall over" but it was too late and they both fell onto the bed. Ochako sighed as Himiko whimpered and rubbed herself against her body. She could tell the effects of her heat were starting to take full effect now and she was trying to find relief. Her scent was now enveloping her and trying to draw her in, and she wanted to give in so much. But a part of her still had doubts and worries. What if she hurt Himiko? What if they both regret it later? What about Himiko's feelings? She knew Himiko loved her but did she love Himiko in return the same way? Could they even be together now? She was a pro hero and Himiko was a former member of the league.
